Christians are supposed 2 love. Since joining dis forum aart from myself not one person has expressed love 2 another member dat Ive seen.


Seems like all people wanna do here is just bicker and strife which is the spirit of contention, rom 16:17-18 wheres the love people? Jesus taught it.


Contrary to popular worldly brainwashing real love is not a kiss, a cuddle or the old (bed of utopia) just to paraphrase although they can be physical manifestations of love done in a proper way.


And love is not agreeing with everyone, love is not telling someone wat they wanna hear. Was Jesus the most loving man of all time, Yes!! Did he go round agreeing with everyone, NO!! Did he tolerate everyone, NO!! love is not always tolerant people. Love speaks the truth even tho it hurts heb 4:12


look how jesus even spoke to the Pharisees, he called them brood of vipers Matthew 23:33 but he spoke the truth, and Stephen was even stoned to death for speaking the truth acts 7:56


If a teenager ask’s her mother for money 2 go and buy drugs and the mother says yes! Does the mother love her daughter? Course not. A loving mother would never tolerate that and allow her daughter to be exposed 2 harm.


Same with God he gives us commands 2 keep us in line for our safety. It may not always be wat we want but their there for our protection.

Real love comes from the greek word (Agape) "the highest form of love,

charity" and "the love of God for man and how man should love God" wat the world is lacking, loving someone despite differences not coz of similarities and not just loving people in ur family circle but also strangers too.

Nowhere in that definition of Love does it say that we must agree on everything or anything.
I personally think that it is a lot of love to come together in one place and discuss the, Lord, and doctrine, and the Bible, and Truth. I think it is great love to remain friends even in great disagreement. I think it is great love to come together and share our passion for Jesus, and his righteousness, and his word, even though we may disagree on how to interpret some of his word. I think it is also love that people can come together and debate and disagree but still become friends because of the commonalities, because the joining factor of Jesus and his resurrection.
I had a terrific debate or argument if you will with a member here, and I am quite sure that she felt as though I hated her, but I didn't, and now we are friends on Facebook as well as here.

Side note. The saying "truth hurts". Yeah its no where in the word of God. Its a lie. Christ being truth.. whom the son sets free is free indeed. Truth takes you from darkness and all that pain suffering chains and takes you in to the light. On and on.

Now the difference with us (believers) vs Christ is He always sees the heart 1st. All we see is flesh. OT God sees the heart man sees flesh. "For the LORD does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.”

So we can get a good idea from what we can only see yet.. it still will not show us the heart. ONLY God sees this.
