Hello all!
This is my first time posting (i also made this account like 10 minutes ago, this is the only place I can post lol.)
I'd like to know some tips for writing sermons and essays for the Bible. I'm a 14 year old intern for my youth group and besides service and other duties within said internship, my pastor wants me to write essays on certain books of the Bible. Last week I wrote one on Jude, today I'm writing one on 1 John. I'd just like to get better at writing them and what kind of things to include. And for bigger books, what would I include and what would I leave out? Any way all of you can help me, I'd like to know, and maybe I can help you all out in return!

Hello @NBC_Intern_2020, welcome to CChat :) Have you tried posting on this board yet: https://christianchat.com/new-christian-chat-members-introduce-yourselves/

If you can, I'd recommend copying this blog post and posting it in a new thread on that board (where a lot more of us will see it and be able to reply to it).

God bless you!

23 May the God of peace Himself sanctify you entirely; and may your spirit and soul and body
be preserved complete, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Hi! I did try posting there, but it said I had "insufficient privileges" to do so.

I don’t understand why a new member would be restricted from posting on the Intro Board, so let’s ask @RoboOp or @CharliRenee for help :)
