I can not. I just chat with the typing in the threads. Think someone said there is a tec place on here though. If someone could help u find it, maybe u ask them.

Ok. My quick recon has found u the following:
If you scroll down the the name bottom of the threads list, there is one called User2User Tech Support.
It looks like the tech support that could help u. Hope it helps.
