Speaking of a Barber Shop, I am 4 weeks past due to get a haircut. My hair is now as long as I wore it back in the 80's. Two more months and I will be back in the 70's. :giggle:

Well it is 8pm here. We have storms here now. The electricity went out. Electric pole must have fallen down. Estimated time for elec to come back on is 11pm.
So I am twiddling my thumbs praying it will come back on sooner. Amazing how many things are dependant on electricity.
I wouldn't make it as a hermit in the bush.😰

Regarding hair cuts, I am already in the 70's. Next week I will be in the 60's. My wife told me over a month ago that it is time for a haircut. I told her it was non-essential.

I fully agree with this. One trick I learned as a husband years ago is that when your wife is speaking you nod your head 'yes' a few times and then tell her you're sorry. I'm sure in the course of each day I have done something wrong however minor it may be. Something else I have learned about myself through the years in regards to avoiding arguments and hurt feelings is that I would rather be happy at the expense of conceding the point than to be right at the expense of hurting my wife.
