When related to Isaiah 9:6, it simply affirms that Jesus-Yeshua, the Father and the Holy Spirit are One God.
Isaiah 9:6 New King James Version (NKJV)

6 For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

It is speaking of the deity, and human side of Jesus.

Your throne, O God, deity.

Your God, has anointed you, the man Christ Jesus, more than your companions, the saints.

2Sa 7:16 And thine house and thy kingdom shall be established for ever before thee: thy throne shall be established for ever.
2Sa 7:17 According to all these words, and according to all this vision, so did Nathan speak unto David.

Psa 132:10 For thy servant David's sake turn not away the face of thine anointed.
Psa 132:11 The LORD hath sworn in truth unto David; he will not turn from it; Of the fruit of thy body will I set upon thy throne.

Jesus will sit upon the throne of David forever, and the 12 tribes of Israel, and the 12 apostles of the Lamb are written in the New Jerusalem.

I think this is a rather astounding declaration by the Father of the deity of the Son.

Psa 110:1 A Psalm of David. The Lord says to my Lord: "Sit at My right hand Until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet."

The first "Lord" is Yahweh which means God.
The second "Lord" is Adonai which means God.
God is speaking to God. It's a messianic psalm. The Father is speaking to the Son about His messiahship.
Two persons of the Trinity having a conversation in the Old Testiment.
