I am guilty of trying to cut things short, thinking some things should be a given, and then because I didn't put up 50 disclaimers, people will chime in with ifs and buts and question my intent, and also some people just like contradicting and can't wait to spot a post without everything said explicitly so they ignore the main idea of the post, and come to argue.
Also, precision matters. Some topics are complex.
It's especially important if you're explaining some teaching, you can't just leave out how you came to those conclusions and you need to support your view with the Bible, so anyone reading can understand how you came to your main point. If this is skipped, the post might look very confusing for others.
