A private owned company who promotes itself as unbias social media chat platform is false advertising which is wrong.

Private parties, such as consumers or competitors, can file a complaint for false advertising under the Lanham Act. To establish a violation under the Lanham Act, consumers and competitors must prove the following: (1) the advertiser made false statements of fact about its product; (2) the false advertisements actually deceived or had the capacity to deceive a substantial segment of the target population; (3) the deception was material; (4) the falsely advertised product was sold in interstate commerce; and (5) the party bringing the lawsuit (plaintiff) was injured as a result of the deception. Injury is construed as a likelihood of injury, rather than actual injury.

What they promote is false, deceptive, and has injured others by fueling the lies and hate of the radical left who have acted on the narrative being promoted. Also the link to terrorism gets by way too easily on Facebook.

A company has no right to do anything when you are on your time and you are not speaking of the company. Just as a High school football coach on his time can pray before a football game and by law shouldn't be fired. This is just more liberal nonsense and people who don't understand the first amendment.

yep freedom of press, freedom of religion, freedom of speech all in the first so to attack one you attack them all, you just have to get the people to attack one specific part of it to damage the other's so goodby freedom of religion. https://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/first_amendment

It’s so sweet when people think they can control big business and capitalism.

When you’re an employee in a company, the company owns your ‘free speech’ regardless of the first amendment.

A company has to protect their bottom line and protect themselves from being boycotted
if you work for me and I see you making racist or otherwise hateful comments on social media, best believe you won't have a job and next day
Yep, that sounds good, sounds right. Except what is racism? A poster here has said that if you disagree with BLM you hate blacks. One of the cops who shot Rayshard Brooks, his mother lost her job and is now suing. I saw a video of a couple in PA opening a furniture business. As the walk up to the building there are BLM signs all over it. A young gay black man asks what they think they are doing. They explain that they just bought the building. Should have been the end of the story, it wasn't. The owner walked over and pulled a sign off their door and the young man asks him what he thinks he's doing and tells him he is on video. The man doesn't answer and continues to remove signs. The young man says they are racist and then takes a video of their van calling out their phone number and business name, yelling that they are racist and that BLM was going to come back, threatened the couple. Then we have the couple defending their private property, who the MSM has outright called racist, because they defended their home and their lives when no cop would come and they were to told to leave their home and hope for the best.

So yeah, no. Racism now is a term that is used as a weapon and means anything I don't like or anyone that disagrees with me is a racist. If you're born white, racist. If you disagree with BLM racist. If you don't agree with ripping down statues, even though they are too stunned to know what many of them stand for, racist. If you celebrate the fourth, racist. If you sing the national anthem, racist. If you watch NASCAR racist, football? Racist. Garbage, the whole thing is garbage. And the normal people in this country, the people who aren't utterly insane are not going to put up with this foolishness much longer. America isn't racist. Eight yrs. of Obama showed us that. Yes, there ACTUAL racists in the country, always will be. But they are a slim margin and the majority in this country are not racist.

Like speeding tickets. When a car blasts past a cop, generally the cop does not know who is driving the car (especially at night). So I absolutely believe if in some States Black drivers get more speeding tickets, it is because in that State Black drivers speed more often than other ethnic groups.

But sadly, those common denominators are not across the board. And in some cases, it is a racist outcome.
How do you define a racist outcome? Do you believe the police target race or areas with high crime?

But why is that? We are the ones mandated by God to show love, peace and unity. We are supposed to bring light in the world, not darkness. We are supposed to let our light so shine before men so they could see our GOOD works and glorify our Father. (Matt 5:16 Paraphrased). That us NOT what I am reading.

I truly did not expect conversations like these.

I truly did not expect
BLM is openly anti-Semitic. Research it. They hate the Jews. I could understand that this may be love and unity to the worldly people but if you are a Christian what love and unity are you talking about? Yet they call their criticizers nazis. Here, let me slap a little label on people when they question me that will mute their voices. Wake up, they do not deserve to represent black people. They also spend most of their funding for nonsense.

This is how insane these Marxist BLM haters are:
Leftists accuse black driver who killed white Seattle protester of being a ‘white supremacist’
1594138846118.jpeg

Black Lives Matter activists were disappointed to find out last week that the driver who hit two of their I-5 highway protesters in Seattle—including 24-year-old Summer Taylor who died from her injuries—is an African-American man. They had hoped to paint this as another instance of white supremacy by a Caucasian man trying to kill protesters. But Dawit Kelete, the man who police arrested immediately following the incident, is black.

One might think that would put an end to their claims that white supremacy and racism were the underlying causes of the incident. But such details were unable to sway many of the radical left activists from continuing with their unhinged claims. To them, it doesn’t matter that the accused is Black. In their eyes, he’s likely still a white supremacist.

I have no doubt, and maybe it is even justified, that if a specific area is always a place where crime is prevalent + happens to be connected to an area where it is mostly related to any specific race = the police thinking racism no matter who lives in that area.

If a gas station is robbed 95% of the time by white perps, and it is close to a white hood. If the police get a call for a robbery at that gas station, I see no reason why the police heading to that area would not think the perp they would be looking for is white.

How is it that every single thing someone brings up is a red herring or straw man fallacy with you? Whataboutism?? 60 million innocent lives taken Dude, please don't joke about that. And black women are 5 times more likely to abort. If black lives mattered, those lives would matter, but BLM won't say a word against Planned Parenthood. People are going to call out your hypocrisy when PP has killed more blacks than the clan and white cops ever have. You can say the other two need to be dealt with, ok fine. But why wouldn't you attend to the worse issue first, the one that takes the most black lives, PP ??
Because that's the textbook example of the red herring fallacy.
I say police officers need to be held accountable for their criminal behavior
Then you say... Yeah but what about this and that and a bunch of other stuff
Again textbook example of the red herring fallacy

Two things can be true at the same time. It's not a red herring, it's a fact. Abortion kills more black people than police, it has killed more than the KKK and the police combined, that's a fact. Where is BLM when it comes to abortion?? Because it doesn't fit the agenda they are silent. Hypocrites.

Again. Textbook red herring fallacy
The subject is holding police officers accountable when they break the law.

I don't think black lives matter is a terrorist organization. I think it is your slanderous words about them that are white supremacist.
Well aren't you just ignorant or hard headed and must refuse to look at the truth. These are their own word and stated views. We can't believe them about themselves? You're quick to pull that "white supremacist" card aren't ya? Then again racism is only bad one way, it's perfectly fine to destroy the real problem, white people. One side can burn down cities and brutally attack white people in the streets and have the media coddle them and "understand", yet 1 white couple stands in front of their home protecting it from being burnt down by the mob and they are "white supremacist" and demonized all over TV. You need to snap out of your delusion man and start looking at REALITY AND TRUTH. God help me I HATE LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Imagine I get a letter from the city saying I need to mow my lawn as I am violating the city ordinance my having my grass too tall
I write a letter back saying yeah but the guy across the street has trash in his yard.
That's completely irrelevant to the fact that I need to mow my lawn.
Hence the red herring fallacy

If that was the truth then it would have ended when they arrested Chauvin right?

I have heard enough words from black people directly who support the movement and for exactly the reason advertised: because black people are disproportionately targeted by police brutality. I have heard enough already that I don't need to hear any more "links".

It's slander stemming from white nationalists waving the Christian flag all the while, and I will have no part of it.
So you are just going to squeeze your eyes shut, plug your ears, ignore reality and just "feel" your way through JUST like we are warned not to? Wow, what does Kent Hovind say "willingly ignorant" means in Greek? That's right "dumb on purpose". This seems to be your position here, "dumb on purpose", and honestly YOUR ATTITUDE here is the problem 100%. Both close minded and bigoted. What makes your bigotry better than the white supremacist?

Do you think this or know it to be true. Do they immediately think a white person did it. The data may suggest it 95% of the time which any natural human with no hate in their heart would be stupid to ignore. But investigators are trained on facts as in do they have a person description, crime scene evidence, video footage, eye witnesses, etc.

You can not tell me that you do not use more caution in a bad neighborhood. It isn't race, it is statistics that you should be more cautious. Not hateful but simply common sense. Even store owners will watch their own race more carefully if they have been stolen from many times by their same race.
