This is a prophecy concerning Jesus. Jesus is that Son of man, which refers to one of the titles of the messiah, only the messiah will be crowned with glory and majesty but what it doesnt say it that this can apply the believers as we share Christs glory and majesty in heaven.

While it’s true that the title is applied to the Messiah (Daniel 7:13-14) and Jesus referred to himself using the title (over 60 times in the Synoptic Gospels), it’s also a title applied to all human persons in general. The Messiah is the ideal human person.
