People who were weak in the faith when they were young were blocked by Satan from perceiving God's love in the commandments of Jesus Christ. They saw every commandment uttered at church as restriction of their freedom instead of an action of love towards their brothers and sisters in Christ.

As such, they bought into the idea of liberalism. But, what is liberalism? On the surface, it sounds like freedom. But, people of the faith are already free thanks be to God. They don't need man-given freedom from anyone as God already gave it to them through Jesus Christ.

On the contrary, the only freedom liberals seek is freedom from religion, freedom from God, and freedom from the duty to love thy neighbor as Jesus Christ wants, in other words, freedom of being good citizens of society. It is no wonder they are always causing trouble. Do not be deceived by any man-talk of freedom. The only freedom there is comes from God to believers. All non-believers are bound by the chains of Satan's temptations and sinful desires, whether greed, lust, envy, or other sins.

Godspeed.

Have a care there dude. I have some friends who are liberals. I flatly disagree with them on a lot of things, but they're still good people.

And my friends who are liberals are NOT always causing trouble.

Modern liberalism is a counter culture. Gone are the days when change and progress were done in the name of construction. Now it's change for the sake of being contrary, often undermining the stability of society.

Modern liberalisms goal, then, is to weaken the influence of established norms by opposing them.

This is why liberalism and conservatism are polar opposites, at least in America.

So, liberals often oppose Christianity because it's mainstream, but are all too willing to explore other religions or spiritual paths.

I am very happy not to be concerned with those ideological philosophies of politics and man.

Let us all stick to the Kingdom, pleasing our Father as we await His return.
