In the late 1980's and since, whenever I gaze at the stars, after a very short time they all begin to be seen as falling.
Just a question, but I have never heard an explanation for thi occurring. It was shortly after this began that I developed wet macular degeneration unlike other members who developed the aga-relate md.

I do not feel special nor do I take this a sa sign but I do have a curiosity to know why this occurs. Oh, it still happens, the stars I am able to see.

Can you describe how they're falling? If you were to gaze at the ceiling in the same manner as gazing at the stars does the same effect occur? I know if the blood flow to your eyes increase this can cause one to see white spots darting around, similar to over exerting oneself physically, or sitting up suddenly after laying down for awhile. Tilting one's head also might affect blood flow to the head/eyes that could cause this. I'm no expert though so it might be time to book an optometrist appointment, lol

It is only the stars, no added spots nor dots, the stars begin to fall in a very wild manner.

Definitely sounds like you should visit an optometrist and explain the situation. I have a middle-aged friend who started seeing flashes of light but kept it to himself and wondered if it was some kind of spiritual attack until he went to get new glasses and the optometrist asked if he's been seeing flashes of light sometimes. He was shocked and asked how she knew, and it was because she noticed something with his eyes or eye nerves that isn't uncommon for men his age and it causes flashes of light like that. A similar thing could be occurring to you, albeit a different cause.

I have been going to an ophthalmologist and various other types of eye doctors for decades with procedures called surgeries here for along time, over thirty. The various doctors cannot explain it.

I do not take it as some kind of sign or anything supernatural but it is curious. I suppose it is unique, right. Perhaps someone somewhere knows why this occurs. I certainly do not.

perhaps you've been chosen to witness the scripture fulfilled;
HAG. 2:6.
For thus saith The LORD of Hosts;
Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land;
7.
And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come:
and I will fill this house with glory, saith The LORD of Hosts.
HEB. 12:25.
See that you refuse not Him that speaks. For if they escaped not who refused Him that spoke on earth,
much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from Him that speaks from heaven:
26.
Whose voice then shook the earth: but now He has promised, saying,
Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.

May you see your Lode Star of Destiny...
hugs

'Optical illusion often occurs due to upper atmospheric activity, and constant cosmic
activity causes nature to be an extraordinary mystery , bringing cause of phenomenal 'sightings',
and the lens of the eye reacts differently with different persons. Underlying health issues of
the eye retina may cause problems of what is perceived.'
~so it is said~ :unsure:
