Well I like fun Christian personality tests and almost everytime it said I was a Moses but considering how much time I spend just enjoying being with him in this particular case I guess I am a mary

Hello John, I think I am. Take a look at Galatians 1:11-24 (“three years” is mentioned in v18, just FYI).
Interesting point. I looked to see what the Commentaries had to say about this. Here is one example:

Galatians 1:18
Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem

Not three years after his return to Damascus, but after his conversion; and now it was that he moved to become a member of the church at Jerusalem; but they did not care to admit him, fearing that he was not a disciple, till such time that Barnabas took him, and brought him to the Apostles Peter and James, and related his conversion and his boldness in preaching the Gospel at Damascus: his view in going up to Jerusalem at this time was partly his own safety, being obliged to fly from Damascus, but chiefly
to see Peter.
The Alexandrian copy, and another, read "Cephas", and so does the Ethiopic version, the same with Peter: not to see what sort of a man he was, but to pay him a Christian visit; to converse with him about spiritual things; to know how the work of God went on under him, as the minister of the circumcision; and to relate to him, what success he had met with as the minister of the uncircumcision; but not to receive the Gospel from him, or to be ordained a preacher of it by him; for he had been three years already in the work of the ministry, before he made him this visit; and besides, his stay with him was very short, nor could he have received much from him, in so short a time, in an ordinary way:
and abode with him fifteen days;
and even all this time was not wholly spent in conversation with him; for he was, during this time, coming in and going out at Jerusalem, where he preached boldly in the name of Christ, and disputed against the Grecians.

In your relationship with Jesus, are you a Mary or a Martha......a John or a Peter?

It pleases the Lord for us to do good works but, sometimes He'd rather we just be still, enjoy His presence and listen......(y)
Two working together as one in perfect harmony and submissiveness it established the peace of God that gives us his understanding.

I would suggest Mary or a Martha, David or a Johnathon, Moses or a Arron, husband or a wife . Two working together as one . The father the will or worship, and Jesus the prophet the power shown by the work. Again both working as one ministry. Both necessary .

Sends them out two by two

Exodus 7:1-3 King James Version (KJV) And the Lord said unto Moses, (the law) See, I have made thee a god to Pharaoh: and Aaron thy brother shall be thy prophet. Thou shalt speak all that I command thee: and Aaron thy brother shall speak unto Pharaoh, that he send the children of Israel out of his land.

The TWO that work together in perfect harmony is The Word of God (Jesus Christ) and the Holy Spirit of God because God sends BOTH - His Word and His Spirit to accomplish His Will. (y)

Luke 10:38-42 (NIV)
At the Home of Martha and Mary
38 As Jesus and his disciples were on their way, he came to a village where a woman named Martha opened her home to him.
39 She had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord’s feet listening to what he said.
40 But Martha was distracted by all the preparations that had to be made. She came to him and asked, “Lord, don’t you care that my sister has left me to do the work by myself? Tell her to help me!”

41 “Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “you are worried and upset about many things,
42 but few things are needed—or indeed only one. Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.”

John 13:22-25 (NIV)
22 His disciples stared at one another, at a loss to know which of them he meant.
23 One of them, the disciple (John) whom Jesus loved, was reclining next to him.
24 Simon Peter motioned to this disciple and said, “Ask him which one he means.”
25 Leaning back against Jesus, he asked him, “Lord, who is it?”

nice and great word.
