I think Trump's performance on COVID is the reason why he didn't get more votes, especially the undecided vote. He downplayed the virus, which is out of sync with what we see in the news about people dying (also many of us know people who got really sick or even directly knew of people dying of COVID). For instance, my co-worker's father died from COVID, someone's grandma at church died of COVID, and I know several people who got pretty sick from COVID. Also, he showed no sympathy towards people suffering from COVID, even after getting the virus. If he thinks the virus is no big deal, he should not have taken the heavy drugs (he didn't even take HCQ which he promoted) (people notice small things like this). So, I think it comes down to COVID especially with the undecided or people in the moderate camp. I'm not saying he should have shut down the economy, but if he showed more empathy or stressed wearing masks more, etc., he could have had more votes and he wouldn't be in this situation.

Roe vs. Wade was based on there being lack of legal or scientific basis for a foetus to be considered 'alive' or a human being, as such having protections under the law.

it does not take a constitutional amendment to recognize a fertilized embryo as a living human being.
all it takes is a one single legislative action defining a person in these terms, or an executive action recognizing life in these terms for enforcement of existing laws. the judicial branch only interprets what is law for self-consistency.

Trying to understand the whole lawsuit about the polls thing. Is this going to set a precedent now that after every election the vote of the people can be challenged? Or is this only reserved for narcissistic individuals who can't stand defeat?

I feel like America has crossed a line and it's too late. That it's only inevitable that we will see the end to the country during our lifetimes. That we'll need to start over and rebuild a new country that truly honors God.

So you are saying Trump should have lied to get more votes? That's what politicians do. Trump said he is not a politician, so his action not to agree with the Covid hoax was entirely consistent with what he said about himself, at least in this case.

Trump "lost" (if you can call it "losing" when there is cheating involved), as fraudulent votes were generated in favour of Biden. I'm sure he will bring these to light. 100,000 votes overnight in a "swing-state" with 100% favouring Biden is a statistical anomaly in anyone's book. Twice.
