Hi everyone!

My name is Jay, I'm new here and looking forward to meeting new people.

All my current friends are unbelievers so it's great to be here.

A little bit about me:
From the UK and born in 1990.
I like hiking, camping, surfing and reading the Bible.
Can speak Spanish and a bit of French.

I've been going through a 'Christ-sis' since coming into the faith 18months ago and shed my old ways.

Glad to have you onboard with us Jay. There are all kinds of peeps here that are from the UK as well as members from all corners of the earth. I have been around awhile but still trying to shed some of my old ways too and can understand about the struggle. You should have ample opportunity to become acquainted with Christian believers here to possibly form enduring friendships with. I am glad also that you enjoy reading the bible as that is the Word of God and a spiritual road map to assist you in navigating the twists and turns of life. Looking forward to your posts. Welcome to CC Jay. I think by walking with Jesus daily (including reading the Bible) we transform into what is more and more pleasing to God as we shed our old ways and embrace new God-like ways. It can be a tough walk at times but you are never alone on it!

May you find true friendships that are lasting with Christians here.

Thank you, I really appreciate you taking the time to welcome me and and offer advice. I look forward to making lasting friendships here, I have been walking alone(with Christ) for too long.

The Churches literally shut doors for the virus right at the moment I was ready to find other believers. I couldn't believe it!

Anyway God brought me here for a reason I'm sure.
