The place of true knowing begins
when we realize
we don’t know it all,
at all.
When we are able
to come to a place
where the cry of our heart is
teach me,
show me,
help me,
instruct me,
lead me.
As long as we think we are right,
as long as we think we know best,
as long as we think our thoughts
are the only thoughts worth considering,
we will never be able to truly know.
As long as we think
we know it all,
we will never be able
to hear the thoughts
of our God who does.
To be teachable -
this is where wisdom begins.
To be willing to admit
we don’t know it all -
this is where knowledge is found.
To acknowledge “I don’t know” -
this is the first step
in truly knowing.~♥️
