Doctrine is important. Sound Biblical doctrine.
But doctrine must come out of life.
A truly born again person will be led by the Holy Spirit, who indwells him.
The Spirit will check us when we are going wrong.
See how the Spirit led the believers in Acts of the Apostles.
The Spirit and the Cross go together.
Only a crucified person will know how the Spirit works.
Further, a born again person will live by the Word of God.
The Charismatics run their lives with their emotions.
They are soulish; they operate outside the ambit of God’s Word.
They go by visions, prophecies, tongues, healings, signs, wonders.
No wonder they fall prey to evil spirits.
But, even worse, are those of the Calvinist/Reformed tradition.
They learn stuff in seminaries and Bible schools.
They are straitjacketed by TULIP and other doctrines.
18 months in the USA with the Reformed/Calvinist churches has convinced me they are DEADWOOD.
They have no life. They argue, debate and act superior.
They are the ones killing the Christian faith.
