Today God's Word:

I Corinthians 11 : 31, 32

For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.

But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.

Servant of God and believers should introspect daily. We need to compare ourselves with ourselves, not with others. By doing this experiment in comparison with Jesus we can report our grievance to God and pray and be sanctified.

Introspection:

1) Do I read the Bible daily?

2) Do I pray daily?

3) Do I have a place to be filled with the Holy Spirit?

4) Do I go to church daily?( Not in Lockdown Time).

5) How many old sins have I given up?

6) Do I commit new sins?

7) Do I still have bitterness, anger, resentment, and enmity (after being saved)?

8) Is there jealousy when I look at others?

9) Do I attend the banquet?

10) Do I commit secret sin?

11) Do I honor the servants?

12) Do I preach the gospel?

13) Do I obey or disobey God?

14) How do I give importance to the Word of God?

15) How I love God and people.?

16) Do we love and help the poor, widows, and abandoned?

Let us live holy lives. We will reach heaven.

With Love,
Job.

"We need to compare ourselves with ourselves, not with others."

This is truth!

Sadly, reading down your list, in honesty I do very poorly. I try, but what I want to do, I do not; and what I do not want to do, this I keep on doing. Who can rescue me from this body of sin? Praise be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Prayer is probably the biggest thing collectively as Christians that we don’t make enough time for. I know I could do better.

Christians need to come to the place of knowing that they completely fail in their attempts to please God. When that happens, they have the great opportunity to quit trying to be spiritual and discover that God has already made us to be spiritual. God has given us Christ. What more do we need? Answer: nothing. What we lack is the humility to know that we are failures and the knowledge of who we are in Christ and who He is in us. When that reality sinks in, we will be transformed. Birds don't have to understand the laws of physics in order to fly. They are born to fly!. Christians do not need to know every meaning of every Bible verse and then try to do it. Those who are born again are spiritual beings. Yes, it is a lifetime work of refinement and discovery. But we start off as new creations and go on from there. Or at least, we should. Too many are trying to be what God has already made them to be. Satan found out that trying to be like God does not pay. The sooner we give up, the better off we are.
