Pidgeon loses ability to fly. Adapts by becoming one of the dogs ♥

Hey Gabe, was that you who has mentioned being a Tay-Tay fan?

I watched a couple of docs on Netflix about her and was quite
impressed with her general composure and musical genius :D

Yea that was me, but I don't know anything about her personal life. I only like a few of her songs. Nice to see you again, Magenta!! :)

Thank you, Gabe :) It is good to be back after my short break :D

The first doc I watched on her was mostly interviews and archival footage; it was called Miss Americana... (<= link)

The second doc was from her first "all stadium" tour, called Reputation Stadium Tour...

They both get fairly high ratings on imdb ;)

I have heard through various media little snippets here and there of things regarding her so had a relatively vague clue about some of what was going down with her but overall? No, did not really know much and was not familiar with her music at all really, but came away from the docs quite impressed... though her constant posing did get to me after a while, even while acknowledging that yes, she is quite aware of being in the lime light, and that posing is part of her stage persona/choreography... ;):D

I asked my daughter if she was a Taylor Swift fan and she said she has always liked some of her songs...

Heh, she thought Taylor was still in her 20s, but Tay Tay will be 32 later this year :D

Cool! I will have to check out those documentaries. :D All I know is that she writes songs about her exes and that she got interrupted by kanye west while accepting her grammy.

Yes, that Kanye thing apparently was when she was 17; obviously he objected to someone so young winning whichever award it was, and later made a lot of noise about the brouhaha that caused among the talking heads in the media, claiming that (he) is what made her famous LOL. Though later, Tay Tay was the youngest person ever to win the Grammy for Album of the year... AND, she is now just the second artist in history to have five albums spend at least six weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, behind the Beatles! She writes about her life in a very clever way... transforming all into musical grist for the media grind which she is able to capitalize on quite profitably. I certainly cannot hold that against her. All artists do that to an extent ;) She just happens to be extremely successful doing it :D I have never heard her actually name anyone (ex boyfriend) in her songs. All that Kanye stuff was pretty well covered, though, and she came out on top and stronger than ever after disappearing for a while. Gotta give props to her. Of course the docs are skewed in her favor LOL.
