1Cor 5:1It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you, and of a kind that is not tolerated even among pagans, for a man has his father’s wife. 2And you are arrogant! Ought you not rather to mourn? Let him who has done this be removed from among you.

3For though absent in body, I am present in spirit; and as if present, I have already pronounced judgment on the one who did such a thing. 4When you are assembled in the name of the Lord Jesus and my spirit is present, with the power of our Lord Jesus, 5you are to deliver this man to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, so that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord.

Paul judged this situation because the church would have been perverted by allowing such things to happen.
If the church didn't properly judge such things at all, where would we all be right now?!?
Paul was an Apostle, most christians are not Apostles. Likely he was acting as the church leader authority in line with Matthew.

Matthew 18:15-18
Easy-to-Read Version
When Someone Hurts You
15 “If your brother or sister in God’s family does something wrong, go and tell them what they did wrong. Do this when you are alone with them. If they listen to you, then you have helped them to be your brother or sister again. 16 But if they refuse to listen, go to them again and take one or two people with you. Then there will be two or three people who will be able to tell all that happened.[a] 17 If they refuse to listen to them, tell the church. And if they refuse to listen to the church, treat them as you would treat someone who does not know God or who is a tax collector.

18 “I can assure you that when you speak judgment here on earth, it will be God’s judgment. And when you promise forgiveness here on earth, it will be God’s forgiveness.

The corinthian church didn't throw the guy out, instead they dealt with him & he repented & was restored.
So, yes the church judged him.

Proverbs 31:9 ESV
Open your mouth, judge righteously, defend the rights of the poor and needy.

Galatians 6:1 ESV
Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted.

1 Corinthians 5:12 ESV
For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Is it not those inside the church whom you are to judge?

1 Corinthians 6:2 ESV
Or do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world is to be judged by you, are you incompetent to try trivial cases?

Christian reproof is commanded in the scriptures.
Proverbs 31
Easy-to-Read Version
Wise Words for a King
31 These are the wise sayings that King Lemuel’s mother taught him:

2 I prayed for a son, and you are the son I gave birth to. 3 Don’t waste your strength on women. Women destroy kings, so don’t waste yourself on them. 4 Lemuel, it is not wise for kings to drink wine. It is not wise for rulers to want beer. 5 They may drink too much and forget what the law says. Then they might take away the rights of the poor. 6 Give beer to people without hope. Give wine to those who are in trouble. 7 Let them drink to forget their troubles. Let them forget they are poor.

8 Speak up for people who cannot speak for themselves. Help people who are in trouble. 9 Stand up for what you know is right, and judge all people fairly. Protect the rights of the poor and those who need help.

The Proverbs verse in context is advice to Kings, not Christians. But, out of love it is good to stand up for good morals and help the poor.

also, discuss means to discuss, it doesnt necessarily mean 'judge'. We dont need to give it a rating out of five, though we can certainly talk about how we feel about things.

Besides that, judgement day will come for everyone of us anyway. You may be called on the panel or jury. But God is the one making the final decision. yes we can influence his decision offer feedback, but we are not actually the ones at the door of heaven.

I mean great if you want to be in that position, and God has called you to actually be the hirer and firer, but if not, then dont.

there is no 'spirit of judgement' though there is 'spirit of discernement' which is different to judgement,
discernement undertsands what is right and wrong, and chooses what is right.

Judgement is like handing out a sentence. Unless you are an actual judge, you dont have the power to do this. You arent the lawmaker.

in life though, we do need to choose what is right in anything we do. Sometimes, we are tempted to correct and pass judgement on others. But God doesnt want us totally consumed with what OTHERS are doing because they have minds and hearts of their own of which HE is working on. not to say turn a blind eye, we can certainly tell God about stuff thats wrong, which is why we pray. Then He will do something.

When we sin christians have a duty of obligation to judge us, they must not condem us but out of love and kindness call us to repent, Such Judgement is a Grace an expression Of Gods kindness, romans 2:4 Gods kindness leads you to repentance.

Jesus told us to Judge to John 7:24 do not Judge by apearance but Judge with right Judgement, we must not Judge the hiden apearance of the heart, we must not assume sin if we suspect sin. Given how biased are suspicions can be.
Paul instructed the church to Judge the sinful behaviour of a professing christian.

we do have to be carful of our own pride tho when blatant sin is comfirmed by a professing christian, we have to remember that if you Judge you will be Judged. This is how it is for those who Judge. all teachers of the word are to be held accountable.
when blatant sin is comfirmed from a professing christian, christians must still lovingly Judge, as are own sinful flesh as a tendancy to Judge with pride. and its diffacult to judge the intensions, of the heart. so i would say we should be slow to Judge as we dont know how much spiritutal oppression the sinner is getting.

如果要争论一个对与错出来,我不知道这是否算是审判别人,我很困惑。
