Then you do not repent

Because that is what repent means, To change ones mind.

We repent as a non believer by agreeing with God that lieing is a sin.

So if we fall and lie. We can;t repent again, UNLESS we stopped believing a lie is a sin.

You do not understand true repentance
Son is not only lie. After you accept Jesus did you never commit sin anymore?

No one is sinless

But we do not stop believing sin is sin. Then have to agree it is sin again.

Thats what your demanding we must do

Listen sir

It does not work the way you think, you don't get to twist passages to fit your belief, and ignore the rest of scripture.

it does not matter what you think. The word is a cohesive document, Gods love letter to mankind. It must come as a whole. Not picked apart anyway you want it by picking a verse or verses out of context to get the bible to support your believe system.

If anyone is cherry picking here my friend it is you.

Messiah = salvation

law equals ministers of death as a schoolmaster to lead you to Christ.

Law of love = obedience. and all the law and prophets are fulfilled in this law

as I said...another lawkeeper

I mean just put your phylactery on and pound your chest already

actually jesus told us what a born again person is. And how they become one , he said so in John 3.

Whoever believes. (Vs16)

He who believes is not condemned, he who does not believe is condemned already.

There is no doing at all.. Christ did all the work. All he asks from us is to repent and come to faith.

Your the one adding to the gospel. Not me my friend

again. You have no comprehensition of what a believer is
And yet I'm the only one posting scripture after scripture. Keep it coming, this is only providing opportunity for the truth of scripture to be shared.

Ephesians 4:12-15
12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

13 Until we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:

1 Corinthians 3:1-3
3 And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.

2 I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.

3 For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

2 Corinthians 3:18
18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

Hebrews 5:14
14 But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil.

A newborn isn't a fully grown person after birth, on any level whether physical or spiritual. It's interesting; for prophecy you force a gap where there is no gap in scripture...and for the gospel you hop over the entire process of growth/sanctification explained in scripture that comes after salvation, skipping to the end.

Just stick with what the word says.

My bible says he has perfected forever those being sanctified. It also says he who began a good work WILL complete it.

Why don;t you believe this? You reject Christ and his power to save then you reject his power to sanctify a believer and you want to say I lack faith?
In Matthew 5:19 He said he will call those who teach others to obey the commandments "great" and call those who break the commandments "least" in his kingdom. Do you agree or not?

again who said I do not? You want to keep accusing based on fact you do not have? Typical of a legalist. Judge people not even knowing anything about them. You hurt yur own cause.
These are questions I'm asking. If you feel accused that's your own conscience in fulfillment of Romans 2:15

15 They show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts sometimes accusing them and at other times even defending them.)

Perfection is required!

Do you meet that standard? And have you since birth?

Don;t be shy, tell us if you meet this standard.
^Again here's your problem. You don't understand that a person who's born is not automatically fully grown. If you don't understand this natural truth how can you understand the heavenly version? Perfection is INDEED required and all that are His will be perfected as it is written (Ephesians 4:12-15).

Can't be any clearer that you're just arguing to argue now and not following scripture.

Romans 8:7
Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

No one's flesh loves God's law. That's our struggle with sin.

???? It's literally THEE good work.

Who are doers of the law?

Believers or unbelievers?

what Did John 3 say?

Doers of the law are not condemned, or believers are not condemned?

You cant have it both ways
John 3:19-21
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made shown, that they are wrought in God.

I wonder what you mean that we have no choice.
I was referring to the doctrine of predestination. In other words, He chooses us rather us choosing Him. Its a hard thing to get our head around.

But to your point, I choose to follow Him. And I am truly blessed for that. If I had to go back to the days of burnt offerings and following the law, I'd be sunk.

That question is not put to us i scripture, it is not based o scripture at all. Scripture tells us that it is not whether we sin or not that has anything at all to do with salvation, salvation requires repenting from sin and asking Jesus to forgive our sin. We are then made free from our sins.

There is much more that Jesus offers us as saved people. We are given scripture to guide us into being lights that shine for Jesus, we shine as we listen and obey. We are offered love that is given and we give through Jesus. We are offered the holy spirit that guides us to being a light that shine for Jesus. We can choose to take the salvation that Christ gives us and no more, or we can choose to shine for Jesus. To shine, we need to obey.

The pharisees thought they loved God too. Jesus showed they did not even know who God was.
these people will find out one day

Yep salvation is by grace through faith no more faith no more salvation
Obey is part of faith
Noah have faith make him obey to build an arch and save if he not obey and not build an arch how he save

You keep posting scripture, but that does not mean a thing, if you can’t understand what that scripture is saying it’s useless.

you keep, posting descriptive passages, they describe who is a believer and who is not a believer, and how they act.

you want to use them to describe how one becomes a believer or maintains his salvation, and that’s nit what any of those passages say

the pharisee could quote the OT verbatim, yet they proved they had no grasp of what the word meant, your just like them. And you think just like them

i have proven to you what those verses, say and you don’t like it, just like when Jesus and his disciples tried to show them how wrong they were

I guess it’s a good thing you can’t kill me to silence me, so I have the ability to keep exposing you for who you are and you can’t stop me

Nope

john said if we deny Christ (unbelief) we were never saved

jesus said if we do not believe we are condemned already. he never said we are condemned again

jesus said he never knew the sinner and told them to,depart from him, NT that he knew them then had to cast them away

again, you teach conditional life, good luck with that. Because you will never meet Gods condition

you claim grace through faith. But you teach grace through works..

thats a different gospel

You are very perceptive. Satan quoted scripture to Jesus when he tempted Him those thirty days Jesus spent in the wilderness,.

Peter deny Jesus but because he repent he is saved
Peter never stop believing in Jesus And Jesus never asked him to repent. Jesus restored him by asking him three times. Do you love me.. And even though Peter could not admit he AGAPE loved Jesus. Jesus still told him to go our and feed his sheep.

You are very perceptive. Satan quoted scripture to Jesus when he tempted Him those thirty days Jesus spent in the wilderness,.
And jesus used scripture right back at him.

Satan picked parts out of scripture out of context and twisted them.

Jesus used scripture correctly.
