God Speaks so much wisdom to us by increasing our understanding of his word, so that we clearly discern his will for us. He may impress our hearts by His Holy Spirit as to what curse of action be best for us through friends or by shaping events and circumstances in such a way as to reveal His will. However God has given us intelligent minds and He is honored when we make use of them in solving the problems of life under the guidance of the HS.
"Any man be he minister or layman, who seeks to compel or control the reason of any other man becomes an agent of Satan,"
Would you agree?
We only have one Master, So I my self can see this as a true statement.
Come let us reason together....
Meany times bible study is more about trying to prove their point of view but when we over step our bounds by trying to force a believe on someone you become out side of Gods will.
I think the best way to handle A different point of view is start where you "do" agree and work from there. Even if its not about the bible, anything in common with a person can help repour. Jesus teaches us that by filling someone's needs before He gave them the law it helps to work the ground before the seed is planted. Meany times we see Jesus healing and forgiving sins before telling them go and sin no more.
