I have no idea what you're talking about with MY scripture
When you start obeying all the Law of Moses then come back and preach it. But I'll stick with the NT anyway. And Jesus defended His disciples for working on the Sabbath.

Hebrews 8:13 (NKJV)
13 In that He says, "A new covenant," He has made the first obsolete. Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.

You can believe what you choose... and I will believe what I choose to. You can ignore it if u want to, but like I said many times here..

1. I believe that the laws that were said are forever in the OT are to stay until heaven and earth disappear.

2. I believe that the earthly penalties from breaking law is what no longer applies, not the law itself.

3. I believe that a new covenant as it states in Hebrews 8:13 is like a new lease... it is not the same as a new law.

You don't have to agree with me on any of these things, but when you continue to misrepresent my position, then it just seems like trolling to me.

Yep, there's a reason why one is called New and the other is called Old

You do know that the phrases "old testament" and "new testement" aren't actually part of scripture right?

I should have asked you that same thing when you mentioned one being called "old" and one being called "new"... seeing that its not actually part of scripture, it holds no value.

Ah, i see, you believe that if something isn't part of the collection of scriptures called The Bible is has no value. Well there's nothing i can say you then, except to quote from this book i've got that says NEW TESTAMENT on the front, and i presume you've already got one of those of your own anyway

No... not what I was saying at all. And by no means am I offended by the terms "old testiment" and "new testiment"... even when you put them in CAPS. The point was, the phrases hold no value... and don't mean anything regarding what does and does not apply in scripture.

anyone that refuses OR works on His Sabbath shall never see LIFE
I don't think Jesus likes you saying that about His disciples whom He taught.

Luke 6:1 (NKJV)
1 Now it happened on the second Sabbath after the first that He went through the grainfields. And His disciples plucked the heads of grain and ate them, rubbing them in their hands.

Well actually you did say " seeing that its not actually part of scripture, it holds no value." i can only go by the words you use. The reason i put New Testament in all caps is because that is literally how it's written on the front of my copy. As for your point i simply don't agree with it, in the NT there are many places where it explains new teachings eg. In the Sermon on the Mount where Jesus says " You have heard it said... but I say..." ect.

"You have heard it said... but I say"

To me this is way to vague of a statement to draw the conclusion that a new law is established. "Until heaven and earth disappear" is a lot more clear of a statement in my eyes.

For me i don't think that a new law is established either. My understanding is the the Law of Moses remains "Until heaven and earth disappear" for Jews, but for Christians the Law was fulfilled by Jesus on the cross, He redeemed us from the curse of the Law

Got it. To me, there is one law for Israel and the stranger... the Hebrew and the Greek. I believe that the law was "fulfilled" by the debt being payed. The earthly penalties were payed with the Messiahs body. I also dont believe that the law as a whole is a curse... The "curse of the law" refers to sin (breaking law)... but keeping law is a blessing. (Deu 11:26-28).
