There is a relevant comparison between human history and the creation week - whereby, God made everything and then "rested" after six days.

The end of the ~2000 years coincides with the end of the 6th 'day' (1000 years per 'day') and the beginning of the 7th 'day' - which is the 'day of rest' - the 1000-year reign of Christ on the earth.

Read dthe creation account in Gnesis, then utilizee the Lunar calendar used in the early Bible and by many today as a reference for prophecy progress.

This is. Ot what you are asking about but is about all I can think of , there were about a thousand year lifespans in the early generation of man before the flood

“And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died. And all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty and nine years: and he died.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭5:5, 27‬ ‭KJV‬‬

and then in the end we have a thousand year reign before the restoration of earth

a thousand years round about immediately after mans fall in the beginning and a thousand years in the end before it’s all restored

again I know this wasn’t what you were asking about but found it interesting when I thought about your proposition

I have not quite understood revelation chapter 20. How many 1000 year intervals does it talk about? Is it 1 or 2 or more?

Hello Shc,

From the time of Adam to Christ was approximately 4000 years. And from Christ to present about 2000 years, equaling 6000 years. The millennial kingdom will bring it to 7000, seven being the number of God.

God's wrath is coming upon this world via the seals, trumpets and bowl judgments. By the time they have completed, the majority of the earth's population will have been decimated and all human government dismantled. Then according to Daniel 2, the Rock that is cut out of the mountain without human hands will become a large mountain and fill the entire earth, which is referring to the Lord's reign during the millennial kingdom.

This present age with its governments will end and the Lord will establish His thousand year reign on this earth. During that time there will be no more prey and predator, where the lion will eat straw like the Ox - (Isaiah 11:6-9). In addition, the age of those born during the millennial kingdom, will be extended like it was prior to the flood, where if a man lives only to be a 100 years old, he will be thought to be a mere child or accursed for dyeing at such a young age (Isaiah 65:20, 25)

When Jesus returns to the earth, it will end this present age and will begin the millennial kingdom. After that will be the great white throne judgment and eternity

I am in agreement with what has been previously wrote but would add i see the 2000 year clock beginning at Pentecost. I also believe the date Yeshua died was probably 28 AD. Our calendar should have began at his death, not his birth. A covenant can also be a will. Just like Abraham did the covenant begin at his death.

Galations 3:
The Promise to Abraham
15 To give a human example, brethren: no one annuls even a man’s will, or adds to it, once it has been ratified. 16 Now the promises were made to Abraham and to his offspring. It does not say, “And to offsprings,” referring to many; but, referring to one, “And to your offspring,” which is Christ. 17 This is what I mean: the law, which came four hundred and thirty years afterward, does not annul a covenant previously ratified by God, so as to make the promise void. 18 For if the inheritance is by the law, it is no longer by promise; but God gave it to Abraham by a promise.

There is a theory.. a doctrine that God has a 7000 year plan.. That the plan started on the day God first spoke spoke to Abraham and at the end of the 7000 years God will establish His Eternal kingdom..
The 7000 years correlates to the 7 Days of creation where God worked for 6 days and had a sabbath rest day on the 7th day.. It also relates to the scripture that declares that a day to the LORD is as a thousand years and a thousand years is as a day..

So from Abraham to Messiah Jesus was 4000 years according to the theory.. And from the time Jesus execution on the cross or maybe His resurrection or maybe the day of Pentecost till the second coming of Jesus is 2000 years.. So according to the theory Jesus will return some time around 2030 since Jesus was executed around the year 30 AD .. Jesus shall rule the earth for 1000 years with His resurrected Saints which makes up the last 1000 year Day which is s the Sabbath day of rest for the Saints.. At the end of the 1000 Years the final judgement will happen..

This is a theory of course.. But it is a neat looking theory that may or may not be accurate.. So be careful with these theories.. Make sure you trust in the Atonement of the LORD Jesus and not in anything you may do..

I noticed you started time from Abraham. Not sure why you didn't start with Adam???? Abraham was born in year 1948 from creation and died in year 2123 from creation. Absolutely no way there is 4000 years between Abraham and Jesus. More like 1447 years from the Exodus to Jesus. IMO

We see in the New Testament Writers mentioning being in the final days, last days, etc. Theoretically speaking here, it's been the Last Days since Christ Ascended. And 2,000 years later, we are further along in the ERA known as the Last Days. Where we are exactly at is the real question. The only thing left is God's Wrath to be unleashed.

Does that mean this current state of existence in the World is not EVIL enough for God's Wrath? Who knows! But if humanity and governments continue at their current pace, child molestation will no longer be a crime, but encouraged!

Evidently, the World is not as WICKED as the days of Noah or Sodom & G, even though, we seem to be witnessing similar sinful traits that even the governments condone. Maybe, there is a whole other level [of SINS] that a GENERATION after us will commit? Or maybe, we are as close to God's Wrath as taking our next breath?

But we (Positively) are somewhere in the timeline between the Book of Acts [Last Days begin] and the Wrath of God before His Second Coming and Armageddon. And that still is part of the Last Days!

One, the reign of Jesus on earth closes the age of this creation. After that the heavens & earth pass away and a new creation is made. One with a new order. No sin or rebellion against God. God dwelling with mankind.

I would suggest that you do a time study from Genesis 5 onward. You can determine the births, deaths of each patriarch and at what age they had children. Pretty easy to do up to King Solomon knowing where we are on the timeline. From there you mostly have to go by historical time.

It is even easier going by the Hebrew Lunar calendar which has been established by the criterea you have cited.

We must keep in mind the Hebrews calculated it by that criteria knowing some of the genaologies were missing. Due to the law not to add to nor to take away from God's Word, those missing make it iimpossible for any man to know the exact date nor the exact time, however we are able to be assured by the signs of the return given by the Master, Himself.

Thinking like sons of man kingdom inside is looked for outside and hope its seen, doesn't happen that way, Luke 17:20And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: 21Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

The hints are understood by waking up to being sons of God always in man, Paul knew it was all allegory and Imagination was God in man not classic theology Saul and all sons of man are blind about thinking like sons of God in them, Phil 2:5Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: 6Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

Ecclesiastes 1:9
The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.

I believe this is one of the key principles to understanding the Almighty's ways. Another key passage is.

Isaiah 46:9-10
Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,

10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:

Like Ahwatukee and Adstar have mentioned and alluded to, there is a correlation between the millennia mankind has existed and the creation week narrative found in Genesis 1. And if we rely on the passages I've referenced above as being true, it's likely that Genesis 1 is a prophetic outline of the Almighty's plan.

When we measure out the time and match biblical events with Genesis 1, we start to see parallels...dare I say, "fulfillment". In Brief...

Day 1: Light separates from darkness

1st 1000yrs: Good and evil (sin); life (God) and death (Adam); Adam dies "in the day" (i.e. millennium) he sinned at 930 years.

Day 2: Water separates from water to reveal dry ground

2nd 1000yrs: After the floodwaters cover everything, the water separates from water to reveal dry ground again

Day 3: Seeds and Fruit-bearing trees are created

3rd 1000yrs: Abraham is promised "seed" (Issac), who is also promised "seed" (Jacob), to become the father of many nations

Day 4: Sun, Moon, Stars to "rule"

4th 1000yrs: The Messiah is introduced as "Sun of Righteousness with healing rays", also called "light of the world". satan was introduced as the prince of this world who was to rule when Messiah "goes away" ("work while it's still day...when night comes no man can work.")

----

Now let's pause here for a moment. The first 4 days of creation appear to be fulfilled in the major events of scripture, within the corresponding millennium, and in order. These are 4 witnesses confirming that the Almighty's plan follows His outline given in Genesis 1.

There are 3 days that remain in the narrative, which would appear to correspond to 3 millennia that remain for mankind. And it's been approx 2000 years since the Messiah ascended.

In Revelation, we're told one beast rises from the sea and another beast rises from the earth...and that these events are followed by a 1000-year reign of peace. But why that number, why 1000 years and not 50 or 10k years? I believe it's to confirm the fulfillment of Genesis 1.

If the Almighty has been fulfilling the creation story to the very millennium, then that means the last 2000 years have been fulfilled the same exact way; that there hasn't been a pause, gap, or break in His plan.

----

Day 5: The beasts of the sea created..."multiply!"

5th 1000yrs: The Sea Beast of Revelation 13 has already been introduced approx 1000 years ago between 1AD - 1000AD. In Revelation 17 we're told the "sea" represents peoples, nations, languages. And Daniel 7 explains that beasts represent kingdoms. So this kingdom rose from a densely populated area of many nations that would persecute the saints, blaspheme God, change biblical law, change reckoning of time, and rule the world, is wounded to death, but then revives.

[It can be argued that this is the Roman Catholic Papacy - 538 AD to 1798 AD, which was ended by the French but then fully reinstituted in 1929 AD even though it hasn't risent to the level of power it once had.]

Day 6: The beasts of the earth created..."multiply!"

6th 1000yrs: The Earth Beast of Revelation 13 most likely has been introduced between approx 1001AD - 2000AD. In Revelation 17 we're told the "sea" represents peoples, nations, languages. And Daniel 7 explains that beasts represent kingdoms. So this kingdom rose from a sparsely populated area that rules the world with the authority of the past kingdom, has the power to call fire down from the sky (i.e. firepower), power to give life to the image (i.e. motion pictures), controls commerce (i.e. financial markets; banking), causes all who will not obey to be killed (i.e. propagandizes to make target into enemies)...and it encourages other kingdoms to copy it (i.e. "make an image of the beast").

[It can be argued that this is the United States of America - 1776 AD to present day, spreading democracy (and bases) around the world, appearing innocent & righteous like a lamb but promoting policies that are completely anti-christian, causing the world to copy its image. It's even called "the melting pot" of the world, which is exactly what Babylon was.]

Day 6: Man&Woman in God's image was created...commanded to "have dominion over the beasts".

6th 1000yrs: Revelation reveals 144,000, a great multitude, and speaks of "saints" who overcome the beast, as the angels say "come out of her my people! Do not partake in her plagues!"

Day 7: And God rested on the Sabbath day and hallowed it.

7th 1000yrs: The 1000-year reign of the Messiah and the saints, which I believe will begin in the next 7 years or so (approx 2028 AD).
