I'm certainly no stranger for stress. I will pray for deliverance, and for your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Levi, I know what you are talking about, however, I also know that there is a need within the Body to say there is never enough love and good works that come out of Faith (as opposed to the idea of "too much stress")! We are responsible to surrender and participate with God when we are in distress. We need to Romans 12:1-2 ourselves! We need to live Galatians 2:20

12 I appeal to you therefore, brothers,[a] by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.[b] 2 Do not be conformed to this world,[c] but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.[d]

20 I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

1st off we go to our Elder Brother, Jesus! We worship Him as our strong tower into whom we run and are safe! We declare that there is NO weapon that is formed against me that can prosper.

We are to practice Sabbath. !st and foremost Jesus is our Sabbath. We rest in Him! However, we are also to REST! So we learn to be still and know that He is God and we are the sheep of His pasture! My strongest testimony of learning to rest is learning to "go away with Him" when I am stressed. I just hide in the Lord and shut everything else down! This is not easy for a professional man to do. But I do it and have been doing it since I came to the Lord destitute and depraved in 1979. I always find God in a fresh and pivotal way during these times.

So these are my "stress relievers".

You have a heavenly Father who takes care of you affectionately. Cast all your cares, worries and anxieties on Him and He will give you His peace and stability which surpasses all understanding. The Lord bless you abundantly. Amen
