Quite the contrary, the fact that if a person blasphemes the Holy Spirit means you cannot be forgiven, even by the Lord Jesus Christ, MAGNIFIES the Holy Spirit as PERSON who is GOD at the HIGHEST Level.

Discernment is a gift - not a person - you cannot commit a Unforgivable Sin against discernment.

But I will clarify and reword it. We do not save ourselves! I think I probably meant "Only God can save us!" We do not save ourselves. Not by belief or a sinner's prayer or anything else we do. However, I do believe God can quicken our spirits at the same time we say a prayer, and he also sparks the ability to believe when he saves us! But God is the one who justifies.

This subject has caused wars and has been debated for 100's of years. No real answer has come out. I believe this is because God is so far beyond our understanding we can't comprehend the depths of His nature. God is one. They are all Devine, They were all present at creation. The best way for us to understand all 3 is to look at Jesus, God in the flesh.
God has revealed Himself to us but some things are best left uncomprehended.

God did not start the war - satan did in the Garden.
How did the Serpent do this - with an army of fallen angels? No
How did the Serpent bring the entire creation under him? - with words.....twisting God's words - just a little.

God came to the rescue and spoke words to the Serpent and to Eve and to Adam - the words of Prophecy and Life.

Notice what took place here, never forget this, BEFORE Sin, Adam was first then Eve and the Serpent was last.
AFTER sin, everything turned upside down:

OK, just to clarify - i do not say that Abraham, Isaac and Jacob are literally the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
But only figuratively, just as God said in Genesis and Exodus.

"This is My Name forever" = Elohim Abraham and Elohim Isaac and Elohim Jacob (Exodus 3: 14-15)
Abraham is the Father of Nations
Isaac is the only begotten Son of Abraham(Father) thru Sarah
Jacob is at Bethel(House of God) when God gave him a dream = Angels descending and ascending on a ladder from the Heaven down to the House of God = Do you know where, when and with Whom this has, and is, fulfilled???

God is SPIRIT, not a physical Person, but a Spirit Being!

Lord = Father
Jesus = Son
Christ = Holy Ghost

Think of it this way:


4 people talking and a another person walks by and laughs at them.
The 4 people say, that GUY [Person] has a BAD SPIRIT [Spirit]!

The Guy is a Person but defined by a SPIRIT!
And yet, the SPIRIT is its own entity that personnafies the Person!

What does the Father do? Personnafies the Being of God
What does the WORD do? Personnafies the Being of God
What does the Holy Spirit do? Personnafies the Being of God
