I am usually one to hesitate in asking for prayer. This time however, I cannot stop feeling like this will be a major event in my life potentially. I just got notice today from my legal defense that sadly I will have to go before the local courts on Wednesday morning and did not get my case dismissed as I would have liked. :( I will have to go to court for trespassing; I passed out controversial material (Covid truth content debunking the sham). I initially went before a school system and gave disks concerning alternative news sources telling them I could not confirm or deny the contents. Only the principle, vice principle, and transportation coordinators were informed. I was not passing these out to students or other school staff. A officer came to me in march telling me I was banned from the property but no formal written statement was ever presented then or by mail and they did not present a written start date or ending date of this supposed ban ever.

I went back in August when one school system in particular decided to host phizer vaccines in the gymnasium when our town has vaccines readily available at Kroger, Walmart, the hospital, and all the clinics... Since it was the next school term; I was unsure if the ban was still in effect and went to the school to clarify and possibly hand out another disk concerning the phizer vaccine. I asked nicely if I may come into the front office? No ban issuance was on the front door to the property or anything else. Next thing I know I am being handcuffed a few minutes later by an officer, told how terrible I was by an Irate principle & officer of the law, they did not read me my rights, and I was escorted out the back of the school in order to not cause as much of a scene. Our local holding area is deplorable, they lock people in a small closet like enclosure where six to seven people are stuck having to sleep on mats next to one another in this tight space with a light shining down on them they can neither turn on or off. This is covid acceptable provisions in my local area...

Two different lawyers have told me this case should be dismissed and could be dismissed. Anyways, they moved my court date from August 9th to Oct. the 13th and rudely informed me I must wear a mask the day of proceeding. I would be expected to have one ready. I hope all of you will consider praying for me. I just hope the Lord gets good representation in court somehow someway as clearly the law does not stand by the Bible or truth; It shamefully flees from it. I have decided that after this case, if I am released, I will depart from the city and do homesteading however I need to. Take "come out of Babylon" to a whole new level. Even encourage and try to help others do the same Lord willing. This is whilst still bringing the Gospel on the highways and byways defiantly.

Thanks for your time everyone. I hope I can continue to serve the Lord freely after the 13th as I really want to. Any and all support is very appreciated. I am from Somerset KY for those who are curious. Please pray for me.

While your information may be correct (ie what's on the CDs), your presentation is not. That's what gets you into trouble. This is a spiritual issue, and spiritual issues cannot be defeated by physical means.

Prayer, not pushing, is the answer.

This member's court date has passed. Anyone seen this member in any other threads since 10-13-2021?
It would be good to know how the case turned out!

Indeed, and also, "bringing the Gospel on the highways and byways defiantly "is definitely a wrong attitude.
