I think the whole point of our prayer is to ask God to strengthen us, aid us, and guard us in this war of good versus evil that we find ourselves in. It is still our responsibility to fight. And there are times when that fight will be physical. Don't get taken in by the goodie goodie, super holy, sanctimonious tone of all these self professed "prayer warriors" like this @JTB guy. They're just using their churchianity as an excuse to cover their cowardice and as a way to avoid confrontation. That's it.

And think about this...
If you were satan, wouldn't you try to convince Christians not to resist evil? Wouldn't you try to get them to be as weak and effeminate as possible in order to prevent them from acting as an obstacle in your relentless drive for the destruction of Christendom?? What better way than to send your agent to twist God's word to suit your purposes?

I just went over JTB's recent post log, just to see if I could find what you're talking about. He seems a bit young and I get the impression he's firing shots randomly from the hip, but nothing near what you accused him of.

When those same people are telling me to disarm myself, then I've got them pretty well figured out. They obviously intend to do something to me that would get them shot if I wasn't armed. This JBT is choosing to side with them...against me.

Awwwww you're so nice. I'm not young, but I do kinda shoot from the hip. When something's been said a dozen times already, there's no sense in me parroting it again. I am vaxxed. The wife is not, she has effective natural immunity from an infection which left her with permanent damage (her doctor is regularly monitoring her antibody levels). And for limited but effective gun control... A license that requires recurrency training and proficiency exams to get and keep.

There is no question that we can't defeat demons with fire arms of guns that fire steal, but we can defeat them with fires of spiritual light, it's called our mind heart and the holy spirit..but we do need to keep them loaded well-trained and well clean. In order to win the spiritual warfare battle we have to have good self-esteem and be loaded in prayer and trained with imagination,, and with our imagination the holy bow that springs joyful praise in our heart up and down and a flaming sword that strikes blessings out in our hands we can.. Especially in dance because the lord say dance dance where ever you may be i am the lord of the dance say he..

God can fire a light from heaven to into your hand.. all you have to do is Just look into the light of the sky and believe the same color can light up in you and your hand,,, God can make your hand in it o a sling shot for his colors... all tho you may not see it light up in you it will.

Then there are the colors of the 12 stones of Jacob... now if you want weapons those are the animation to train with...especially the blue sapphire but the orange sardius and the gold topez and the green emerald the ligure the carbuncle the silver diamond the omega amethyst the jasper all work well too... those colors when you picture them in your mind and your heart and hands will cause a nuclear reaction in you and cause demons to tremble i believe the flaming swords of our arc angels light up in those colors too.....smoking and locked and loaded the best part is with regular training with these colors they can light up in your imagination and heart and hand (you can wear a heart of color in your hand and fire it in a blessing .. oh, and those colors they can send demons packing... I just love dancing.

carnal weapons arent going to cut it. Even if you were armed with a nuclear missile, the devatastion wrought by it wouldnt solve anything, and ends up making things worse.

The battle is actually spiritual.

where the Bible referred to weapons it was about beating swords into ploughshares and spears into pruninghooks. see Isaiah 2:4

So basically instead of defending the tree of life with a gun or flaming sword, we get to go into the garden with our spades and pruning saws, and actually do some real gardening. The bible talks about grafting trees. How many of you think you can do that with a gun.

Jesus blood paid the sacrifice required so we can enter the garden again. The way is not barred for believers.

Just in case you are wondering. The kind of gung ho 'im a christian so I must join the actual army and kill anyone who doesnt believe' kind of thinking is a bit misguided, to say the least.
