The forum users typically don't use the chats. But the place to check is the User2User forum to see if anyone else is having trouble.

Yes . . . a thread was started about the CC App. problem . . . in the "User 2 User Tech Support" section, which is at the bottom of the Main Page. The problem has existed now for two days . . . God bless!
