Nothing new. Just needing prayer. Starting to feel like either my faith is useless or this is Gods plan for my life.

Good morning!

I will pray for your faith to be strengthened. If you need someone to talk to, I am here for you. I’m typically on earlier in the mornings before my study time.

I’m not too sure what you are going through, but I want you to know that each and every one of us (THAT MEANS YOU!) are precious to God. Not only are we precious to God and loved by God, but as our creator He knows what is best for us. As fallen humans, we often want things and think we need things that aren’t good for us. Other times, we go through seasons of hardship because we live in a fallen world...but know that God works out ALL things (good and bad) for His GOOD.

2 Corinthians 12:7-10 “So to keep me from becoming conceited because of the surpassing greatness of the revelations, a thorn was given me in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to harass me, to keep me from becoming conceited. 8 Three times I pleaded with the Lord about this, that it should leave me. 9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10 For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.”

Luke 12:6-7 “Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? And not one of them is forgotten before God. Why, even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not; you are of more value than many sparrows.”

Romans 8:28 “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.”

Psalms 139: 13-16 “For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. 14 I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. 15 My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. 16 Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them.”

Your faith is not worthless. I'm feeling a little down too so will say a prayer for both of us.

I have said a prayer for you also, and I will keep you both in my prayers.

No one has ever seen God, but God the One and Only [Son], who is at the Father's side, has made him known.
