Hi...I'm Rose from New Zealand.
Just found this site so keen to take a look and see if it is my thing
I'm a Christian aged 72. My husband of 53 years he's just gone into care with Dementia so I'm a bit down and wondering what the Lord's plan for my future is.
Hello and welcome, Roze...
Sorry to hear about your husband. My Dad has dementia too. It's not pleasant for family members. May the Lord give you strength and peace.

Hi, Rose. Welcome to Christian Chat. My mother passed away from Alzheimer's so I know a bit about what that's like. I pray the Lord will bring you new friends and comfort here. Bless you.
Nice to meet you and so glad the Lord led you to CC Re your husband, PTL you have 52 yrs plus with your husband and all eternity! If at all possible feed him celery juice and radishes (I know what a combo ) but I read an article on the amazing health benefits, esp to the brain, from these foods. God bless you both and may His mercy bless your lives this new year!

Welcome Rose. I'm 70 and I have to move from where I'm living soon. I'm not sure where I'll end up. God has promised to take care of us. He has promised to take care of widows. Strictly speaking, you are not a widow. but in effect you are on your own. Psalm 146:9. We can depend on God's faithfulness. He has promised and that settles it.
