Is America evil?

Think of all the stuff that goes on in this country. Abortion, transgender whatever, confiscatory taxation, corruption and theft at the highest levels of government. You could spend all day making a list. Evil is good and good is evil.

If China were doing half the things America does, conservatives would condemn that country. Seems like they look the other way when it’s being done in their own backyard.

Basically what I’m saying is that I’ve lost my love for America. I can’t be a Christian and just excuse this stuff.

Love your enemy, even if the enemy is America.just did the Bible told us will never wrong.

FYI America next to Canada, China, and South America is a saint. No one is running to Russia, today guy. But America is being judged how much more in Europe?

as America Goes the rest of the world is going to be suck. At least we will go out with a bang yea all going to have to deal with the devil because we don't see America in the Tribulation. The Bear, & Dragon from the east and North. Yea all going to be on your own now LOl

Broad brushes aren't exactly going to work.

Everyone (including the apostle Paul) has two identities. We can be a satan or we can be a saint. Not all "bad people" are all bad all their lives. And not all good people are all good their whole lives.

And there's the crux. I can inspire people to be good and kind. Or I can inspire people to be self serving.
Degrading others is exactly the sin of Ham towards his father.

Jesus talked about sheep without a shepherd. So the real question is how to get the sheep to listen for the Shepherds voice...

Would you go to war and risk your life for a country that not only aborts the unborn but subsidizes it with money forcibly taken from you? Or how about risk your life for a country that has done everything in its power to shut God out of every aspect of life?

I would not. And for that reason, I don’t love this country.

No one is running to Russia? That’s not true at all.

Why do you think the US government’s expat fee is twenty times that of European nations and continues to increase? Because people keep leaving.

At least you can criticize your country. If someone in China said anything negative about China they would be put in a prison camp, or executed.

Besides, most of what you listed are issues in almost every country.

The whole world is evil.

And it's only going to get worse and worse until the Lord comes back.

Not as serious as you think，During the epidemic, a woman named Fangfang published a book in the United States that discredited China's anti epidemic efforts. This person is now living well in China.

Unless of course the government declares a state of “emergency” over a flu virus and decides to prohibit peaceable assemblies and protests. But I’m sure that could never happen in America….

Which is kinda my point. Several of you are saying “well, lots of countries do evil things.” Okay. And? That means we are still evil it’s just that there are other countries that are also evil.

I see two different cultures that are incompatible with each other. One side values the Judeo-Christian founding and the other wants a mundane universalistic model where the elites dictate every aspect of society. We know from scripture that the latter will have its victories for a set time.

For a country? Nope
Don't need to do it for God either.

But my friends? Heck yeah. I'd protect them with physical force...

I'd lay hands on them in a special way that only a mercenary...er I mean Emissary of God can...

The fundamental consequence of violence in solving problems is hatred.

God's truth is actually very simple. Love is everything we need each other in this world.

But as a evil person's habit under the world, if one day China and the United States will fight a war, I think I will sacrifice my life for this war.

America is not evil…anymore than a driveway is evil…. they are both a place where evil can take place. If I run you over 4x in a driveway, that does not make the driveway evil, it makes me evil….

You have to remember… it’s a spiritual battle …..always.

The god of this world is evil 2Co 4:4 ….his objectives are simple steal, kill, and destroy Jhn 10:10.

Eph6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Frequently we look at the things going on in America and the world through our sense knowledge …but bad and evil has a source ….and that source is the adversary. God has given us everything we need to fight that battle, but we must recognize who we are battling and be knowledgeable of our spiritual weapons.

I had become quite cynical regarding Canada, having re-elected Trudeau twice and what appeared to be just accepting whatever they're told to.
However, the truckers have changed that for me. Seeing it spread to truckers around the globe has made me realize that there are still many people who will stand up for themselves and what they believe in. Regardless of what happens, my attitude has improved.
