First off, let's talk about the Malthusian Fallacy since you mentioned it in passing. Thomas Malthus put out the idea that humanity would overpopulate the Earth and outstrip the food supply. He postulated this very outdated concept long before the industrial revolution. GMO crops, fertilizer, mechanization have allowed 100x yields per acre of ground in the modern era as compared to Malthus' day. Also, every year enough grain alone is produced to feed the world TWICE over. That's not counting other food sources like fish, meat, fruits, vegetables, fungi, algae, dairy, etc. The problem is poor human management of resources, not scarcity of resources. God specifically told humanity to be fruitful, multiply, and fill the Earth. He did not limit or quantify that command in any way whatsoever. Wanting to limit the human population - and doing so with eugenics, wars, sterilizing vaccines, etc. - is an un-Biblical view and characteristic of the Luciferian elites who rule over us.
Now that that topic is out of the way, let's talk medicine. It's a good thing, generally speaking, but one of the limitations of science is that it tells us what CAN be done not whether it SHOULD be done. Science cannot answer moral questions. As others have mentioned, SHOULD we be tampering with the DNA of crops and animals by genetically modifying organisms? SHOULD we tamper with fertility or birth control? SHOULD we be putting chemicals with many side effects and dubious ingredients into our bodies?
Keep in mind that one Greek word translated as "sorceries" (used in a negative connotation) in the Bible is "pharmakeia" - which is the root word from which we get the modern "pharmaceuticals."
Basically, we need to apply Biblical principles to our use of medicine. I don't see anything in the Bible that prohibits organ donation/transplants, necessary surgery, etc. And a long life is a reward from God, a good thing, not something to be seen as a problem to be corrected.
