A guy once told me that I reminded him, mind you, reminded him, not looking like, an Australian actress who was married to a well known American actor (I can’t recollect their names, must be my dementia kicking in) because I had the same, strict look on my face. For a split second I actually believed that I carried some resemblance to that drop dead gorgeous good lookin’ lady.😁😁😁

Ive seen Nicole Kidman lots on screen and just wonder how or why she always looks so beautiful and then have to remember well she probably has a personal stylist and a team of beauty and makeup experts constantly around her like most stars do. And a personal trainer. Plus she is practically given all her designer clothes.

Maybe get their numbers lol

I dont know if I could handle being constantly photographed though. I'd just be tempted to stick my tongue out or go cross eyes in photos.

I remember one movie she was in The Hours in which she was made to look ugly ...well she had a fake nose in it. I dont think Virginia Woolf would ever been mistaken for Nicole Kidman and vice versa otherwise Virginia Woolf would not have been a writer and Nicole Kidman not a movie star.

Has any random person ever said you reminded them of a famous person?

Ok nevermind, as far as you can see which celebrity do you resemble?

Or if someone were to write your life's story, which actor/singer or even a sports star would you select to play you?
Yes. Santa Clause. The good news is that for the other eleven months I get to be Gandalf the wise. :)

I reckon if you do happen to look like a celebrity, you could apply to be their body double in stunt shots and cutaways, and also possibly do the rounds of impersonations at events and functions.

Eg if theres a black tie event and that celeb is too sick to go or double booked, you could go in their place as their stand in. As long as you dont talk too much, nobody will know.

Interesting thread.

Hmm. Well, I think I would have Dwayne Johnson play me in my autobiography. It will be the most boring Dwayne Johnson movie ever, and also the greatest miscasting of all time.

I've been told I look like Sal Mineo, a 50s actor. I've also been told I look like Billy Joel. One kid thought I resembled his divorced father. Great. A dead actor and a divorced father.

Apparently I look like Luke Wilson when I fail to shave regularly (which is often). Or so @Magenta tells me so 😂

Someone asked me years ago if I was Sandi Patty.
Oh gee thanks. 😳😄

She's not a celebrity, but was a well known Christian singer back in the day.
