Jesus said we must be born again to enter the Kingdom of God! He didn’t say, if you go to church on the wrong day you won’t enter the Kingdom of heaven. I don’t have time to worry about if your presbyterian, Baptist etc…. Are you born again? Do you except Christ as your savior? Is your church following the Bible? Obviously there are churches that go off the course and teach false doctrine. I’m not talking about that. I’m talking about giving our hearts to God. Being one with Him. Way to many Christians are judgmental. Start with your own heart and seeking God

I’m talking about giving our hearts to God.
That's what it's all about, my friend. You "nailed" it.

Lamentations 3:41-42 NLT - "Let us lift our hearts and hands to God in heaven and say, "We have sinned and rebelled, and you have not forgiven us."

And why would we offer our unregenerate hearts to the Lord? So that we would receive the Circumcision of the Spirit.

Romans 2:29 NLT - "No, a true Jew is one whose heart is right with God. And true circumcision is not merely obeying the letter of the law; rather, it is a change of heart produced by God's Spirit. And a person with a changed heart seeks praise from God, not from people."

This Circumcision of Heart is required not only for Jews, but for all who are of the Lord's Holy Elect.

Here is the thing ----we don't pick God ---God picks us as he knows who's hearts can be made flesh to be able to accept the Gospel so that the right Faith is inbirthed in us to know and believe only then can we Receive -Jesus in our hearts -----

So it is not simply us just saying we are Born Again -----Many today think they are going to heaven ----because they think they have accepted Jesus in their hearts ------Only God knows who's hearts are truly ready to accept him -----

There are many today who look like they are whitewashed on the outside -----but are filthy rags on the inside ------

The Church --(People) who are sitting in the pews of their Church today rely on their Ministers---Pastors or Priests to school them rightly on Biblical Salvation and truth and that unfortunately is not happening in many Churches today -----there are many False Prophets in our Churches today that are watering Down Scripture and teaching false doctrine to many -----and sending them straight to their Doom ------

The people in the pews today are at fault also in my view as they don't like hard scripture being preached --they hate to hear they are Sinners who need a Saviour to save them -----they only like to hear that God loves them and His Love is enough as a Loving God would never sent them to a place of Torment ------and so the Minister tells them what they want to hear to keep them in their Church -----

Also ----the Law is still being Preached -----if you do good to your neighbour you will be saved and are heaven bound ------so if you go to church regular ----serve in the soup kitchens -----and don't hurt people then your seen as a good person and God will not send you to Hell ------All false doctrine being fed to people and they believe and look up to their Pastor for truth -----

This says it all ----

As these posts are showing us, being a Christian is not a matter of what denomination we belong to, it is a matter of following Christ.

If a denomination asks us to be loyal to their interpretation of scripture rather than to our personal study, then the denomination is leading us astray. We are not Lutheran, Baptist, or Catholic etc., we are Christians.

Well, this is why we must pray for people. Yes some people are about works. But I like what you said in the beginning of your post. Only God knows what’s in a persons heart. So therefore we can’t judge. We can look at the fruit in a persons life. But sometimes people fall, or backslide. So we must build each other up in Christ.

being born again is the key.
But being born again is more then professing it with our tongue. When we are loyal to Jesus and follow Him it is seen in our actions and choices.

Rom 6:2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
Rom 6:3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
.......
Rom 6:6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
Rom 6:7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.
Rom 6:8 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:
.....
Rom 6:11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Rom 6:12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
Rom 6:13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
Rom 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
Slaves to Righteousness
Rom 6:15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.
Rom 6:16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
Rom 6:17 But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.
Rom 6:18 Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.

We can't change our spots, Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith, but by being born again we do choose to stop serving sin and start obeying Jesus.

I definitely agree with this -----

As Far as Judgement goes -----there is Righteous Judgment for Believers -----Judging unbelievers is futile ---as they are living in the World and living rightly according to the world's standards ------their hearts are away from God -----God will be their Judge ----not us

Believers are in a different class and should welcome righteous judgment and the Scriptures tells us about this righteous Judgment for Believers -------there is also righteous anger ----which leads to the right resolution without sin -------

Jesus Judges and shows anger rightly and does not sin ------

Jesus showed both when He turned over the tables in the Temple courtyard ------where the money changers were making a mockery of God's Temple ------

James says this --------------------We Christians are to do this -------

James 1:19
Verse Concepts
This you know, my beloved brethren. But everyone must be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger;

Judge rightly ----

John 7:24 ESV /
Do not judge by appearances, but judge with right judgment.”

Paul rightly judged Peter in public for his actions -----

Galatians 2:11-13 NLT
Paul Confronts Peter
11 But when Peter came to Antioch, I had to oppose him to his face, for what he did was very wrong. 12 When he first arrived, he ate with the Gentile believers, who were not circumcised. But afterward, when some friends of James came, Peter wouldn’t eat with the Gentiles anymore. He was afraid of criticism from these people who insisted on the necessity of circumcision. 13 As a result, other Jewish believers followed Peter’s hypocrisy, and even Barnabas was led astray by their hypocrisy.

I say -------The Scripture tells us how to deal with Believers -----Praying for other believers when they sin or backslide is good to do but sometimes they need to be confronted with their disobedience and should be spoken to in a gentle and loving Way to hopefully bring them back to the right way ---and as you said ----what Fruit is being produced is a good sign for who your dealing with -------

Galatians 6:1-2 ESV /
Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted. Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

Matthew 18 NIV
Dealing With Sin in the Church

15 “If your brother or sister[b] sins,[c] go and point out their fault, just between the two of you. If they listen to you, you have won them over.

16 But if they will not listen, take one or two others along, so that ‘every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.’[d]

17 If they still refuse to listen, tell it to the church; and if they refuse to listen even to the church, treat them as you would a pagan or a tax collector.

2 Thessalonians 3:6-10 NIV
Warning Against Idleness
6 In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, we command you, brothers and sisters, to keep away from every believer who is idle and disruptive and does not live according to the teaching[a] you received from us.

7 For you yourselves know how you ought to follow our example. We were not idle when we were with you,
8 nor did we eat anyone’s food without paying for it. On the contrary, we worked night and day, laboring and toiling so that we would not be a burden to any of you.

9 We did this, not because we do not have the right to such help, but in order to offer ourselves as a model for you to imitate.

10 For even when we were with you, we gave you this rule: “The one who is unwilling to work shall not eat.”

What a lack of knowledge
That may or may not be True, but we know for sure, with absolute certainty, that Jesus taught us to Love each other as ourselves. Would you like to apologize to Olivetree32? It is certainly due. Or, do you decide which commands you should and should not follow for the sake of your own benefit?

Leviticus 19:18 NLT - "Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against a fellow Israelite, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the LORD."
Mark 12:31 NLT - "The second is equally important: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' No other commandment is greater than these."
