That's because you haven't tried to kiss that face. If you had a husband I bet you would change your mind real fast.
I always thought they felt warm and fuzzy.

On my head you could practice skating. You could also use it as a convex mirror.

I can handle spiders, but if it's a frog, toad, or mouse....

Yes, I will yelp "like a girl," cower behind you, and insist that you get rid of it by any means necessary.
I do a little dance :unsure::giggle: To the tune of, "There's a mouse, there's a mouse, there's a mouse in my house!!!"

It's not very rhythmic as I writhe this way and that, not knowing which way to turn and having nowhere to run.

I think the women really go for spider-man, so killing spiders may not be the best idea.

From a biblical context, we’d have to go back and read Genesis 2: 18 - we know that God created his creation accordingly and since Eve (female) was made to be the helper for Adam (male), this joining was evidently going to be passed down through generations, right down to us who are living in the present times.
Yep. Its because when God took the rib out of Adams body, his body was no longer 'whole' or 'complete' in the physical sense. Something was now missing from it. I believe that the effect of this also caused him to no longer feel 'whole' or 'complete' in a subconsious sense as well, just as God had intended imo.

So then God formed Eve out of Adams rib. And Eve experienced something similar to Adam. She also felt a sensation of incompleteness. Because she, who was once the rib, was now suddenly separated from the body which she had originated from. A body which she once made complete and which completed her also. Because it was her 'housing', her safe haven. Just as a physical body securely nests a rib inside of it and provides purpose/safety/completion to the rib in a way.

I believe this is why both men and women are subconsiously attracted to each other. Because there is an urge or a yerning to fill this now empty void inside of us so that we may feel whole or complete again. Why our bodies desire to come together instinctively in order to become one flesh again.

I think that God was very wise when He did it this way. Because I imagine that if He had formed Eve out of something that wasn't apart of Adam, therefore eliminating the subconsious urge/desire to become 'whole' again, then it would not have worked out very well due to the barbarous and sinful nature man is capable of. If that urge wasn't there, practically forcing man to desire a woman at both a physical and subconsious level, then the world would probably have been governed by a law of 'the strong rule the weak'. Woman would probably no longer be the irresistible desire of man as it is now. Because she would not have been apart of him in the first place. So the urge to come together and complete each other would not exist. Which makes it quite possible then that men would merely have treated women as undesirable slaves fit only for labor and to serve, as the physically strong would do to the physically weaker. Which would also be a problem in regards to pro creation as well. And knowing mans sinful nature in time they would probably have had no problems with settling for same sex partners if need be.

So again i say, God is most wise =)

You had me right up to the very end...

""And knowing mans sinful nature in time they would probably have had no problems with settling for same sex partners if need be.""

Sounds to me like you're giving homosexuals an excuse here... I can absolutely assure you that GOD never intended homosexuality to be an option.

Im not giving homosexuals any excuse. Ofc God never intended it to be an option. But look at the world we live in now, even 'with' the desired effect God had for men and woman. It 'still' turned out pretty bad. So then imagine if that desired effect between men and woman didnt even exist. It would likely have been 100x more of a hell on earth regarding homosexuality. Im not trying to defend them. Just being realistic. I only mentioned that in regards to Gods command to procreate. I think if Eve were formed out of something other than from Adam then homosexuality would've likely run completely rampant as a result. Effectively eliminating any chance of Gods command for procreation to occur

Interesting...so for men, somethings missing! I have to find her
and for women...I need to find a home in him

though remember with adam and eve they were the only two people on earth at the time.
Later it is said the sons of God saw the daughters of men, that they were fair, and took wives of all they chose.

Notice...the daughters had no real say on whether they could choose the sons. In the Bible its always the man that does the choosing.
Notice, when Jesus spoke to the woman at the well. she had FIVE husbands. She didnt sound like she was that happy having five husbands. But if it was a man having five wives. well! No problemo.
Notice, that is was Joseph who wanted to divorce Mary not the other way round.
Notice...that Ruth really had no claim on Boaz...her mother in law had to get her to practically put him in an embarassing position to look after her. And even then, Boaz offered her up to other men in case they wanted to claim her. At first he tried to keep her away from other men too.

she didnt have much of a choice did she? A woman can only say no, go away, or yes. Women dont really get to choose whether they like men or not. They are just there. If a woman goes after a man, shes often seen as a hussy, but if a man goes after a woman its ok and not being a stalker...its like his right.

Notice also, that Bathesheba didnt go after David
and Abigail wasnt going after him too. And they were both already married at the time so...its not as if already being married stops a guy,

The medical establishment bought into this "men have one less rib than women" for a long time.
It was probably just before and/or during the Renaissance when it was discovered to be a myth.
Wider acceptance of human dissection to determine the cause of death greatly increased our
collective knowledge of anatomy. We can also thank artists such as Leonardo Da Vinci, who spent
countless hours dissecting and studying corpses; executed criminals were a good source to draw

on in this regard (pun not intended). He created around seven hundred and fifty anatomical drawings :)

PS~ I find it interesting to ponder the fact that Adam had all the female DNA in him before Eve was made :geek:

some people DO have extra ribs, although its not confined to women. I read in the book called Mutants. Its equally distributed amongst the genders.

Our bodies actually have a lot of redundancies built in, so that, if for some reason we need to cut off a body part, we can still function. Its in our cells, stem cells function this way.

I do wish that like plants, we could grow spare parts and regenerate, (or even new teeth) but tech hasnt figured out how just yet. Some plants reproduce asexually or they are self fertile, so thats interesting as well. I think a lot of people presume or assume the only way humans can reproduce is sexually but thats a bit wrong as the Bible clearly has two instances of non sexual reproduction lol.

Of course. you cant just cut off a random body part any old way. It requires precision surgery.
