Yet they begrudged essential workers of (hazard pay) I sure didn’t get to stay home . I had to work through it all right through the height of covid.

They can fund that but yet We still don’t have a conclusive story on all those drones that were buzzing around by the hundreds right before covid hit the USA either. That kinda got swept under the hush hush rug. Good thing I find my internal peace in the Lord and not the external situations around me anymore. At one point this would have made my blood boil.

It's difficult to put any concrete label on their origin because from what has been documented they move at speeds around 60 times the speed of sound,,,so estimates of 46000 miles per hour https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7514271/ So in aspect an meteor entering our atmosphere is on average traveling around 30000 MPH and as it then interacts with the atmosphere generates heat around 3000 degrees. https://www.space.com/meteor-showers-shooting-stars.html There's the necessity in taking a closer look at what these UAP's actually are in that any known object traveling in our atmosphere at this speed should generate enough heat from friction to both look and burn up(or explode) just the same as any meteorite(these do not). I do agree though in the urgency and attention of funding for the other things mentioned.

It is not wisdom to contemplate being able to afford one of the two, food or water,,,we should set higher standards and see both as our goal.

Who is responsible for this waste of money?
You know exactly who is responsible -- the criminals who have hijacked the government. And there will be absolutely no accountability. The rule of law is dead and the Constitution has been trashed.

But other flying objects do

Dont ' they' know those geese are REALLY spies.
And the Monarch butterflies are really secret intelligence too.

Doesnt God send birds to eat the flesh of men AFTER they've blown themselves up and made a huge mess. Revelation 19:17

Those speeds would kill any creature. Last year in Michigan pieces of meterites hit the earth and did not burn up.

In one of the links that I gave(the one from .gov) at the top of the page there are three men's names and hyper links explaining who they are one is Robert Powell (click on "team" on this page and you will see who they are) https://www.explorescu.org/team many of them were from all over the world. In the link from the NIH/.gov it's interesting to note the date , Oct.21,2019 (Trump was still POTUS) because this would mean that the government was already researching these things prior to requiring or releasing/admitting their existence. Anyway something like the date on documents are easy to overlook but since your asking who and why I thought it important to point out the date that the government had them research the Nimitz encounter(probably several years prior to the date on the document). There are two locations for "Scientific Coalition For UAP Studies" (Austin TX. an another in Florida) https://www.zoominfo.com/c/scientific-coalition-for-ufology-inc/538323818 there may be more but these are the only two I'm aware of. Anyway it seems that these are the team of Scientist/people the government are using for their research of the UAP's...

ps in the first link in this post if you click Home there is a lot more information...

Twentieth century politicians who thought the competency of government would rise at the same rate as domestic (and often military) spending and the legal sophists who enabled them.
