Due to trauma, every morning from between 10-12 years, the first minute or 2 that I was awake, I had a full-blown panic attack. I'm not saying this to belittle your suffering, but to help encourage you that there will be an end to your difficulty. I eventually learned to take it as it came. It finally resolved by itself some years ago.
I'm a born-again, Spirit-filled, tongue-talking believer, and life is really difficult for me, too.
I'd say that the difference between you and me is that, as of a few years ago, I finally became assured of my salvation. It took many difficult years before this happened with me.
Seek God, whatever that means to you, read your bible, and try to hang out with some other believers, if you can. Without knowing God, I couldn't do this life. It's just too hard. Hang in there, RaceBoy, and run the race set before you!
"Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us," - Hebrews 12:1 ESV
