I don't care exactly how it happens, God keeps His promises and that's enough for me!
Please Lord, come soon! AMEN!

We are praying that all people live as God guides them to live, including ourselves. We say "thy will be done".

Most of the four gospels are verses teaching us how to do this.

There are people who believe that Paul taught it is not right that God's will be on earth, for that would be to obey God's law.

The Kingdom of God coming to Earth is when the Heavenly Realm invades Earth…

The demonic spiritual realm is trying to invade Earth but…..THE KINGDOM OF THE MOST HIGH GOD IS COMING TO EARTH….we’re on a collision course…it’s unavoidable….just a matter of time…(y)

The life-giving source of obedience is… LOVE…when you speak of obeying God, you MUST also speak of loving God and God loving His creation…

LOVE is the foundation of obedience and FEAR OF GOD is the foundation of Wisdom….KNOWING GOD and His Ways…

Jesus said it was at hand, it was near, and that we could find it within us.

The Lord does not need instructions about living in the kingdom of heaven. That is what Christ came to do for us. When we pray for his kingdom to be on earth as it is in heaven, we are praying that we listen to his instructions to us, not to him.

My concordance says that Christ gave 128 instructions in the KJV of the gospels to tell us how to bring this kingdom to earth as it is in heaven.

Matt. 3:2 and Matt. 4:17 tells us that the mission that Christ came to earth to give us was "repent, for the kingdom of heaven is near". We are to make the kingdom of heaven our true home, we just live in the kingdoms of the world temporarily.

This life is just a blink of an eye... A quick test to see how many can even conceive of eternity. A fast proving between those who can recognize God's handiwork, and those arrogant enough to claim creation for themselves. Truly blessed are those who see beyond the contrary nature of sin.

Amen well said

Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.

For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.”

Every day I am more convinced that all the global "bad news" is being orchestrated by evil in high places. It's all just a setup, so the false prophet can walk onto the scene and seem to have the answers to every problem. Guard yourselves! If not for the Word of God he would be able to deceive even the most righteous. When Christ truly returns... THERE WILL BE NO DOUBT!

What is the Kingdom God ? The Scriptures tell us very clearly . Some sound like the Jewish leaders of 2000+ years ago, while refusing to accept what is written.

Written by a friend,

Lots of decent folks have been misled in the area of 'end times' at great costs to the church and the culture. It has caused several generations to withdraw from the fight, as they have been told ,as above, rapture is the only way out. Forgetting that Christ's finished work was completed in history , and so His unfinished work, building His church , will likewise be completed in history.
The means , seen al through the Scriptures is not by force of power, but rather the power of the gospel , proclaimed . Nothing can stand against it. "I have hewn them in pieces by the prophets I have slain them by THE WORDS OF MY MOUTH . Hos 6;5 The (proclaimed) Word of God is the sword that proceeds from His mouth. From his mouth issues a sharp sword with which to smite the nations, and he will rule them with a rod of iron; he will tread the wine press of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty. 16 On his robe and on his thigh he has a name inscribed, King of kings and Lord of lords. The church ,and only the church is commissioned to realize this in history ;
And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, to the close of the age.” Note especially the stated reason for the commission :
“All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.

@Beckie : I don't understand. Are you saying that Gods work has already been done, but "for the church" only? We are already living in God's kingdom?

That is one of the many blessings of Christ-----in the OT the law that is love was given in stone. That means it was given in rules. Even the blessings of obedience was spoken of as fleshly blessings. With Christ came the law given to our hearts and minds, it was given in the spirit. Our obedience became obedience in spirit and truth.

If you read the sermon on the mount it gives instructions about the Kingdom of God. The teachings of Christ is about the Kingdom of God.

Rom 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
Rom 14:18 For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men.
Rom 14:19 Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.

Luk 13:18 Then said he, Unto what is the kingdom of God like? and whereunto shall I resemble it?
Luk 13:19 It is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and cast into his garden; and it grew, and waxed a great tree; and the fowls of the air lodged in the branches of it.
Luk 13:20 And again he said, Whereunto shall I liken the kingdom of God?
Luk 13:21 It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.

Luk_17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

Luk 12:31 But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Luk 12:32 Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.

Revelation 20
English Standard Version Par ▾
The Thousand Years
1Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, holding in his hand the key to the bottomless pita and a great chain. 2And he seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years, 3and threw him into the pit, and shut it and sealed it over him, so that he might not deceive the nations any longer, until the thousand years were ended. After that he must be released for a little while.
4Then I saw thrones, and seated on them were those to whom the authority to judge was committed. Also I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. 5The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended. This is the first resurrection. 6Blessed and holy is the one who shares in the first resurrection! Over such the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and they will reign with him for a thousand years.
