At least Roberts appears to have some honor. trumps 3 appointees all said they viewed Roe as the established law of the land. But now that they're in...

Again, the hypocrisy...
The thing is, no federal law was ever passed that stated abortion is legal. It is now up to each state to decide whether or not abortion is legal along with restrictions, if any.

No effect whatsoever. The overturn of Row v Wade only had the effect of removing constitutional protection as a perceived right based on the 14th amendment. No such protection regarding abortion is stated in this amendment. The original precedent was seriously flawed from the start. It is up to the states to decide any matters related to abortion. It a state totally abolishes it there will be no appeal on the federal level as this matter has already been decided per Friday's Supreme Court ruling.

Millions of innocents souls aborted, look at the statistics since the beginning it is horrible.
63 million babies murdered since the 1973 Supreme Court decision regarding abortion. This is only for the US. Untold millions world-wide.

There have been riots over the past half-dozen years in America. One summer was sarcastically referred to as "The Summer Of Love," which was originally the summer of 1967.

I lived right next to Detroit and remember the 1967 riot quite well. Air filled with smoke, choppers flying everywhere, non-stop police sirens and nightly curfew.

That will happen when the Liberals and phony conservatives are politically aborted.
We have Dominion voting machines and no one keeping an eye on elections. We have an apathetic population numbed by video games, fake news and social media, and legal cannabis. I am now legally allowed to possess heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, L.S.D., etc.
Though I can't own a hand gun. Even if I could, it is illegal to use a firearm in defense of oneself. I can get government assistance to legally end my non-terminal life, but in my area, I still can't get HCQ.
Our deputy prime minister is a board member of the World Economic Forum, and the majority of Canadians believe that the Great Reset is a conspiracy theory. I will soon have a digital I.D. As I am unvaxxed, I am deemed a woman-hating racist of the fringe element.
I recently read that a new law will allow intoxication to be an admissible defense in rape cases. Truckers are not allowed in Ottawa, but the People's Liberation Army of China is. If I didn't know better, I'd say that my government is trying to destroy us.

The morning after pill is classified as a type of contraception.

Meaning that if the other court decisions discussed by Clarence Thomas are revisited (such as the one about birth control methods) Then individual states have a right to legislate about the type of contraception allowed to be distributed in that state. Until that time they really can't.

In TN they have legislation concerning diet pills....meaning that you cannot purchase or distribute them inside the state. Possession of these is not criminal...but you can't buy them inside of state boundaries. So those who want them travel to Kentucky to get them.

I expect that once these decisions are reviewed and released from federal government prohibitions....states will begin to ban them or regulate them.

IUDs are notorious for leaving women permanently scarred and becoming infertile. So some states may regulate these types of contraceptives....same with morning after pills. They may treat them like TN does with diet pills.

Up to the state's individual legislation.

I like @JTB . He makes good points.
‘I also don’t know why abortion is such a thing in America.
‘In Greece which is a Christian state, abortion is legal with some restrictions of course. But it’s allowed.

They did try this past week....but with 26 states writing abortion banning laws the new proposed legislation died inside of 24hours.

The abortion fight is far from over:

AOC to Biden: Open abortion clinics on federal lands 'right now'

AOC to Biden: Open abortion clinics on federal lands 'right now' (msn.com)

And Biden will respect the Supreme court's decision but he's actively looking for ways to circumvent the death of Roe vs Wade:

Biden 'respects' Supreme Court despite abortion ruling, White House says (msn.com)

A major battle has been won, but not the war of Principalities, it continues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I used to think that the Democrats were just too liberal for my liking, but now I'm beginning to think that they are juse 'EVIL'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They seem to have adopted Satan's agenda as their party platform.
I will be more than happy to buy AOC a ONE WAY ticket to either Venezuela or Cuba. :sneaky:

We reached out to Trump’s spokesman to find out the details. We’ll update the piece if and when they provide any new information on the third and fourth quarter donations.

In 2017, President Trump gave:

Q1: $78,333 to the Department of Interior’s National Park Service (NPS) for maintenance backlog at historic battlefields. Specifically, the donation went to restore the Newcomer House on the Antietam battlefield and for the replacement of its deteriorated rail fencing.

Q2: $100,000 to the Department of Education to host a free, two-week space camp for 30 low-income, middle school girls. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos received a $100,000 check in 2017, and announced a year later that the President’s donation had doubled the space camp’s participants.

Q3: $100,000 to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for “the planning and design of a large-scale public awareness campaign about the dangers of opioid addiction.”

Q4: $100,000 to the Department of Transportation to support its programs to “rebuild and modernize our crumbling infrastructure.”

In 2018, President Trump gave:

Q1: $100,000 to the Veteran’s Administration for “caregiver support in the form of mental health and peer support programs, financial aid, education training, and research.”

Q2: $100,000 to the Small Business Administration earmarked for a seven-month training program tailored for veteran entrepreneurs.

Q3: $100,000 to the National Institutes of Health’s National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism. Trump’s brother died of alcoholism-related causes at the age of 43.

Q4: $100,000 to the Department of Homeland Security. Trump tweeted, “While the press doesn’t like writing about it, nor do I need them to, I donate my yearly Presidential salary of $400,000.00 to different agencies throughout the year, this to Homeland Security. If I didn’t do it there would be hell to pay from the FAKE NEWS MEDIA!”

In 2019, President Trump gave:

Q1: $100,000 to the U.S. Department of Agriculture to be “used for outreach programs that benefit farmers[.]”

Q2: $100,000 to the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of the Surgeon General. The President tweeted, “I donate 100% of my President’s salary, $400,000, back to our Country, and feel very good about it!”

Q3: $100,000 to the HHS Office of the Assistant Secretary of Health to “the ongoing fight against the opioid crisis.”

Q4: $100,000 to HHS, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Health to “confront, contain, and combat #Coronavirus[.]”

In 2020, President Trump gave:

Q1: $100,000 to HHS to “develop new therapies for treating and preventing COVID-19 so that we can safely reopen.”

Q2: $100,000 to the NPS in July 2020 to help pay for repairs on national monuments. “I promised YOU I would not take a dime of salary as your President,” Trump tweeted. “I donate the entire $400,000! It is my honor to give $100,000 to @NatlParkService to help repair and restore our GREAT National Monuments. So important to our American History! Thank You!!”

Some of Trump's works. His Salvation is between him and God like every body else.

How many children will now grow up in poverty?

How many will now grow up in sickness?

How many will now grow up unloved?

How many will be gunned down in school or at the market?

How many will abort their own lives (suicide) because of these conditions?

So God was wrong in creating the family in your opinion. Everyone should live a perfect life or abort them. You realize every single "yeah but" you listed are the very same reasons racist Margret Sanger used to start Planned Parenthood in the first place. You just made her total argument, good job. smh

I'm not saying we shouldn't outlaw abortion.
Great, several states just did that, yet here you are complaining.

But if we are going to force women and children to embrace life
Why are you sleeping with these women and getting them pregnant? No? I didn't think so. So who is forcing these women to have sex? Other than the actual victims of force, 2%. No one. Your choice begins before you get pregnant. If you can't afford a child, don't have one.

But is it illegal to use it in defense of the Republic? Where are the Special Forces trained to deal with domestic enemies?
