Science is basically us, asking How things work and we tinker around trying to figure out things.

I alluded to this earlier but Neil deGrasse Tyson was talking about this. He is of the opinion that America will eventually lose its position as a world superpower due to the demonizing of science

lol, Wokeism is doing more to end US dominance. We're training people who will work for our enemies, and giving the rest of the spots to our females, who will struggle to match native talent of the males, and will drop out of the workforce during their best years to raise kids, like they should.

There's nothing satanic about trying to figure out how the universe works.
Why would God give us intellect and then expect us not to try to figure things out? That wouldn't make any sense

It's something to holler and complain about, and you know how desperate some people are for something to holler and complain about. They are only happy when they have something to be unhappy about.

Basically it's the Christian form of conspiracy theories. It takes the place of chemtrails, controlled demolition and the moon landing soundstage.

I'm just trying to figure out why people think curiosity is satanic. I fail to see the logic

Some people get intimidated by other people they believe are better than they are. And some people reflexively attack people they find intimidating.

When you believe some people are more intelligent, it helps a lot to find some reason to believe they are evil. Then you don't feel so intimidated by them... But then you spend a lot of time yelling about how evil they are.

I'm just trying to figure out why a professed non Christian, who not too long ago claimed to BE a Christian, would be interested in what those who ARE Christians think about God, what is Satanic, and evil.

Most people simply don't have any faith. They may claim to believe in God but they don't put any faith in with their claims.

God is omnipotent and Sovereign.
Mankind simply thinks its in charge....it isn't.

And I'm sorry but even the haldron collider is not going to give people the answers. They speed up a single atom so fast that they then run it into something else so they break it....

Everything is made of atoms and molecules. Exactly what did they run it into? Why not look at it when it was whole?

Not a lot of this makes a lot of sense.

This is really a troubling thing.

I sympathized with Dude over his tough breakup and the tragic loss of his son. I still do.

Now I can't think of a single thing I agree on with Dude, but at least, or so I thought, he was a brother in Christ. And at the end of the day, that was all that really mattered.

But now that he says he's not a believer, that is a terribly sad and disturbing thing.

No confusion. I've read the Bible and I know what it says. There's nowhere in there where it says don't try to figure stuff out

You have completely missed the message of the Bible, from leaning on your own understanding and not seeking the guidance of Holy Spirit who was given to guide us in ALL truth.
