Psalms 51:10 Context

7Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. 8Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice. 9Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities. 10Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. 11Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. 12Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.

God is not a computer or a math equation. He is a person. He wants you to talk to you... now.

We need to decide which voice we are going to listen to. Did Jesus tell you the He does want you back? You should not be listening to strange men with confusing stories.

There is only one kind of person that cannot come back to the Lord: The one that does not want to.

You told me that you that you wanted Him back in your life.

Stand on that girl!!! I KNOW MY FATHER!!!!

Revelation 3:20

“Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.”

My mind goes to this verse every morning when I go out. May it be so with all who love Him.

My view on the Video

Well this guy in the video is just rambling on ---and has no idea what he is talking about ------and it was definitely not God that spoke to him -----it was definitely Satan who spoke to this guy ------he has no idea what he is saying -----He talked about David asking God not to take the Holy Spirit away from him ----David is in the Old Testament and there was no indwelling of the Holy Spirit in the Old testament ----the Holy Spirit was sent to direct and to give power to the person to do a Task that God wanted done ----but there was no indwelling of the Holy Spirit ----that came after Jesus died only ------

A person can backslide with the indwelling of the Holy Spirit but that will not make the person loose their Salvation ----New Christians can backslide but will never let their backsliding go to the extream level of apostasy---as if they are True Born Again Christians and have tasted the Blessings and goodness of the Holy Spirit will not want to ever denounce their Faith in Jesus

People also ask
What is the difference between backsliding and falling?

Backsliding is a sliding back. Though backsliding is not sudden in onset, it may escalate rapidly. Backsliding is different from falling away or apostasy, which is the extreme end of backsliding.
Apostasy or falling away is the act or state of rejecting the Christian Faith and belief in the Lord Jesus Christ.

If one claims to be a true Christian and says they have denounced their Faith ----then they were not A true Christian in the first place -----

If a true Christian was ever to slip into Apostasy --then they would never be able to come back to receiving their Salvation again as you cannot Crucify Jesus a second time to re become born again ---

One needs the right Faith to become Born Again -----Saving Faith comes by hearing of the Word ----------this Faith produces ---what God's word says it will produce -----God's Faith relies on the unseen realm

Human faith is dead Faith -----as it relies on the 5 physical senses so you believe in ----what you---- see ---hear----fell--- taste ---touch ----in this physical world ---Many call themselves Christians but Satan is their god still -----

Hebrews 6
Christian Standard Bible
Warning against Falling Away

6 Therefore, let us leave the elementary teaching about Christ and go on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works, faith in God,

2 teaching about ritual washings,[a] laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. 3 And we will do this if God permits.

4 For it is impossible to renew to repentance those who were once enlightened, who tasted the heavenly gift, who shared in the Holy Spirit,

5 who tasted God’s good word and the powers of the coming age,

6 and who have fallen away. This is because,[b] to their own harm, they are recrucifying the Son of God and holding him up to contempt.

7 For the ground that drinks the rain that often falls on it and that produces vegetation useful to those for whom it is cultivated receives a blessing from God.

8 But if it produces thorns and thistles, it is worthless and about to be cursed, and at the end will be burned.

Matthew 7:7

“Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:”

.
…..And find The purpose of life

God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands;

and hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; that they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:”

I couldn't have said it better. God is a person (Father, Son, and Spirit) who delights in fellowshipping with us who are supposed to fellowship with Him with boundless joy and hope that once all has been said and done in our personal lives, we will be able to be on the level of knowing Him much better and rejoice in His wonders for all eternity.

It is not possible to lose salvation. There are many verses and passages that teach eternal security.

However, there 2 verses that when put together, prove that salvation cannot be lost.

John 5:24 - “Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life.

Key points:
1. Those who hear and believe (the gospel) "has eternal life". This means POSSESSES eternal life. So, all who believe have it.
2. Believers "will not be judged"
3. Believers "have crossed over from (spiritual) death to (eternal) life.

John 10:28 - I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand.

Key points:
1. Jesus Christ is the Giver of the gift of eternal life.
2. The result of being given (possession) of eternal life is to "never perish".
3. The "no one" can be rendered "no person", so that even includes the believer him/herself.

So, eternal life is a present tense possession for those who believe.
Those who possess eternal life shall never perish.

Jesus wasn't kidding.

So, those who have believed in who Jesus Christ is and what He did for you personally on the cross, and believe that He gives the gift of eternal life to those who believe in Him for it, possess eternal life, and shall never perish.

Since eternal life cannot die, it means what it says; it is eternal.

Any verse that is used to teach that salvation can be lost is being misunderstood. There is no verse that plainly and clearly says that salvation can be lost, or that a saved person can end up in the LOF.

The problem with a misunderstanding of the foundation is the OP video saying that salvation require tears and some amount of emotional emphasis. No such thing. It requires FAITH/ BELIEVE in Christ alone plus Absolutely NO works. Hope this helps .

If you are faithful, you cannot lose your salvation, but if you walk away from the Lord after having tasted His goodness, and turn your back on Him, your lamp will be removed (Rev. 2:5).

One sin cast the entire human race into hellfire. How can 2,000,000 sins cast someone out of the kingdom of God?.........That's 2mil sins of the flesh if you're saved.

First, it seems that you don't believe what Jesus said in John 10:28. And He was real clear. Those He gives eternal life shall never perish.

So let's NOT try to pit Scripture against itself. No verse contradicts any other verse. So, OBVIOUSLY, you misunderstand Rev 2:5.

Consider how far you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place.

So, what does "lampstand" refer to? It refers to the church. The 'angel' refers to the pastor of the church. There were 7 golden lamp stands, and that refers to the 7 churches that Jesus told John to write to.

That verse has nothing to do with losing salvation, but loss of the church. iow, Jesus can shut down churches.

I marvel that anyone would read John 10:28 and still think that a believer can lose salvation.
