Paul's man of sin is Revelation's false prophet:

Revelation 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received
the mark of the beast
, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

Here we read of the second beast, who performs miracles in the sight of the first beast and performing those miracles in order to deceive the people!

Paul's Antichrist was called the man of sin and he is described as doing the same things for the same reason as the false prophet:

2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
2Th 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
2Th 2:5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
2Th 2:6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
2Th 2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
2Th 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
2Th 2:9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders

Lying wonders is the same as deceiving miracles.

The false prophet and the man of sin are the same person, the Antichrist.

Rev 13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

These horns are little horns of a young lamb which is a direct reference to the little horn Daniel wrote of who is also the one we know as the Antichrist.

The little horn of Daniel is commonly believed to be the AC John wrote about and in Revelation there is a person with two little horns who appears after the ten horned beast just as the little horn in Daniel appears after the ten horned beast. Clearly the same person is in mind here.

Daniel - ten horned beast arises, little horn comes next and is the person of authority and power over the ten horned beast. Little horn is the antichrist.

Revelation - ten horned beast arises, false prophet comes next and is the person of authority and power over the ten horned beast. False prophet is the antichrist.

Rev 13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
Rev 13:12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.,
Rev 13:13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
Rev 13:14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
Rev 13:15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
Rev 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
Rev 13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Not only does the second beast exercise ALL of the power of the first beast, he is the only one performing miracles by which he not the first beast deceived the world. I thought the little horn (Daniel 8) was Antiochus Epiphanes.

The chaos he found in Judea immediately followed a humiliating defeat in Egypt, and the ruler took out his frustrations on the Jewish people. Antiochus took control of the situation by slaying many innocents and brutally enforcing his cultural and religious policies on the population. A time of great tribulation occurred as traditional practices such as circumcision were outlawed, sacred scriptures were burned, and violators were brutally punished even unto death. Having already laid siege to the Temple Mount and destroying many of its fortifications, Antiochus built a new fortress known as the Acra (literally, “the Citadel”) to consolidate his power over Jerusalem and strengthen his political agents. As a culmination, he proceeded to profane the Temple of Yahweh by erecting idols within it and even going so far as to sacrifice pigs upon the altar, presumably to Zeus. (biblicalarchaeology.org)

This is another mistaken idea created out of thin air. The little horn is the future Antichrist.
And that future anti Christ was Titus in 70 ad who destroyed the temple utterly and scattered the Judean people to the wind so that Israel was souly populated by pagan heathens so that they are a lost and spoiled blood line no longer a race unto themselves making the desolation complete. Totally ending physically and permanently the old covenant.

The false prophet does not call himself "God" or blaspheme God. So you are mistaken.

The FP will call himself God because that's what the AC does. Same person. There is no other choice!

if you notice the revelation about the beast there is a current one who’s on the sixth head when John is writing

“And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭17:10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

this is the beast with seven heads Antiochus may have been the fifth head or even forth of Herod is included we know from Daniel and what followed after his book that Babylon is head one bekng nebucadnezzar , the media Persian empire and probably Darius bekng the second , Greece then and Alexander the Great would be the third which brok into four parts leading to romes finality in johns day and either Titus or Nero being the sixth that was ruling from Rome in johns day

but my point is there are two manifestations of the beast one was current and near but ano tv r is about the end times it’s why the beast is seen to have been killed but yet lives d why he is placed in The pit but then later comes back up as king over ten future kings the ten horns with crowns

So you have the seven headed beast which was on its sixth head as John was writing and the seventh was about to come to power

And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭17:10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

after that happened then you had a future prophecy of this happening

“And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.

And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.

These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of Lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭17:11-14‬ ‭KJV‬‬

there are two manifestations one was happening at that time and another was going to happen in the distant future in the end when Christ returns

“ the beast that forth into perdition he lives twice “

he was before John wrote , but was t while he was writing , but would come again ruling ten kings and coming to world power

there’s always two levels of ot prophecy your correct that one was already bekng fulfilled John tells us five ofnthe heads had already risen to power and fallen d e sixth was ruling in his time and the seventh was out to come

the. He tells of the eighth king who chi was ofnthe original seven ( he was before and had fallen but would come again later )

and thy is eighth kings would have ten underlings who serve his Will but also he will destroy three of those kings and kingdom s during his rule it’s the three uprooted horns in Daniel and the three kings that fall before the beast who comes a second time

he appears as a counterfeit of Christ slain but yet lives wounded with the sword so he should have been dead but yet there he is again

There’s actually a total of eighteen kings in johns vision seven , and then one of those again , plus ten more Who serve him in the future war against Christ bringing his return

The man of sin is the antichrist.

The man of sin and the false prophet are 2 different people.

The antichrist will claim to be God by harnessing the power of nature to be spiritual and godlike which he will claim to be the most advanced being in the universe which he follows the new age movement.

The false prophet will do miracles in the sight of people to convince them that the New Age Christ did evolve to be spiritual and godlike and gave this power to the false prophet and will give this power to all the people that follow the New Age Christ.

I believe the Pope will be the false prophet and head of the unified religious system with all religions interpreted by the new age movement and he will try to influence the Catholic church and religions to go by the new age movement interpretation of the Bible.

When the New Age Christ starts working in the world he will push the agenda of the new age movement until the world rebels against God which I believe the Pope and Vatican will follow him embracing the new age movement interpretation of the Bible.

They are ready to elect a new Pope in 15 to 20 days so we will see how that goes which I do not know if the Pope will be in to the new age or the New Age Christ influences him when he starts working in the world.

The New Age Christ will work in the world for three and one half years pushing the agenda of the new age movement before he claims to be God so he could influence the Pope at that time.

But I believe the Vatican has been infiltrated by the new age movement posing as Catholics to try to change it from within and it is already planned out to elect a Pope who will be for the new age movement before he is elected.

The Pope that is the false prophet might keep silent about the new age movement until the New Age Christ starts working in the world or he might introduce it slowly with a saying here and there to get the people to start thinking that way for when the New Age Christ starts pushing the new age movement.

No, those are two names for ONE PERSON.

Both are described as performing miracles to deceive people.

For what its worth, I also think the AC and FP are the same person, yet I arrive to the conclusion from a different angle, I believe the AC morphs into the FP.
I think the AC is mortally wounded, and more importantly is the first beast of Rev 13.

Rev 13:3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

Also I think the Dragon(Satan) gives power to the man of sin the Antichrist and after he is healed is when he gets the ability to perform supernatural wonders which is when he becomes the false prophet and performs signs to confirm he is the christ, Albeit false christ and false prophet.

Rev 13:4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

The second beast that ascends from the pit is Satan, there were six kings(Rulers of the world) 1, Pharaoh/Egypt 2, the Assyrian, 3, Nebuchadnezzar/Babylonian 4, Medo/Persian 5, Greece/Aleaxander 6, Rome.
The AC will be the seventh and the last.

John wrote five have fallen, one is,(Roman) and the other has not yet come but when he comes(the antiChrist) he will continue a short time.

The second beast(Satan) is the beast that was, and is not(was cast out), is himself also the eighth and of the seven.

Rev 13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
Rev 13:12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before(before/sight/presence)him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

I read out of the NKJV and it reads, 12. And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence which is an interesting choice of word, remember Satan contending for the body of Moses when he died when his eyes were still bright, yet he was not allowed to enter Moses and rule Israel, yet he will be allowed to heal the AC and rule the world again.

Satan is not the seven kings, but is the seven kings momentarily when he entered into them, which also makes him the eighth so to speak.

2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

????´??
arnion
ar-nee'-on
Diminutive from G704; a lambkin: - lamb.
Total KJV occurrences: 30

He is the one who commands an image of the first beast to be made and causes it to come alive because of his tremendous God-like powers. He also decides who will be killed. He makes people receive the mark and that controls who can buy and sell.

Clearly the second beast is the primary ruler and highest authority.

Jesus was both the Christ and a prophet. The Antichrist will also be both christ and prophet but will be a liar on both accounts. John wrote about an Antichrist that would come. In Revelation he uses a different terminology for this same person calling him a false prophet but he is the same person he called the Antichrist. This person has many names in scripture.

The ten horned kingdom is not the AC in either book. The AC is always the one who comes AFTER the ten horned beast.

Same ten horned beast in both books and it is always a large Empire composed of Kings and kingdoms with 1 singular person ruling over it all and that person is the same person in both books called the little horn and false prophet.

If there is no Antichrist here, "Daniel - ten horned beast arises." then it is the same for Revelation.
No Antichrist in this ten horned beast either, "Revelation - ten horned beast arises"

The Antichrist is always the singular person that is introduced after the ten horned beast:

Daniel - ten horned beast arises, little horn
Revelation - ten horned beast arises, false prophet

Same order of introduction. Neither book uses the term "Antichrist" but he is mentioned nonetheless.

The names of the one we normally call the Antichrist:

1st and 2nd John -antichrist
2 Thessalonians -man of sin
2 Thessalonians -that Wicked
2 Thessalonians -the son of perdition
Daniel -little horn
Revelation -false prophet

Many names but he is still the same person.
That son of perdition is none other than Satan, himself, in person, when he is thrown out of heaven and comes to earth claiming to be God. Rev 12:7-9, Satan kicked out. II Thess 2:1-4, Satan comes claiming to be God.
