I watched a doctor who said that if you rinse out your nose with a saline solution twice a day you decrease your chances of being hospitalized by a respiratory disease 8x!

Now I rinse my nose with water, I don't know how much worse that is than a "saline solution" but seems like a great practice.

Wash your hands and face with soap and water is also a very healthy practice (not the alcohol based germ killer everyone is using, that is very different).

Sleep well, eat well and exercise well will also help you strengthen your immune system.

Vitamin D, C, Zinc and Quercetin all are excellent at boosting your immune response.

Studies have all proved that early use of HCQ as soon as you feel like you are coming down with something is very effective.

Studies have also shown that once you do have something you can take Ivermectin with very good results.

So how come with all these wonderful, inexpensive, effective and safe things we can do to boost our immune system all they kept telling us over and over and over again is wear a mask (which doesn't help and actually has many proven harms), isolate yourself (also harmful) and take the vaccine (also harmful)? It is baffling.

Hmmm… I think God will be more like “Many people warned you of the dangers from the evil gene therapy, why did you not listen to them, instead of the corrupt medical establishment that loves mammon?”

It's sad to see how many suffered similar and other effects of this mass murder weapon. That's what people should be informed of, that these injections that they are trusting their GPs/ PCPs and the news about are their enemies. The reality is that they are using weapons of war against them. The Dr in your second pic is worth the thousand words. He might as well be a Merc for hire in full battle gear, but that would scare off his patients that are paying to be harmed. The way I understand this is that China realizes the election in the US will not go their way and so they must act before the people elected in November get into power. I would even say that he may feel he must act before Nov 8 because after that even though they are not yet inaugurated everyone will view them as being in power. This will also mean that Trump, whether he is a shadow president or merely a leader of a populist movement is really far more in charge than Biden.

What was his action? He very publicly removed the prominent and respected members who are arguing against a nuclear war.

All of these superpowers have AI so you know they could see that the war would cause oil shortages, the pipeline to be destroyed, shortages in wheat and fertilizer, and set the stage to dump the US dollar for the gold standard.

China is on the hook for Covid19, but suppose they were framed and so they wanted Russia to go in and get the evidence that the US was really the one behind this in the bioweapons labs in Ukraine?

Also suppose that the US is involved in Child trafficking which is through the Ukraine mafia and all the evidence is there.
