James 4:2-3 Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.
Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.

If you were guaranteed to receive what you would ask for.....what would you ask for?
Be honest, lets make no judgement here toward anyone. Be open to what you would ask for.

Before answering, could you please clarify something for me?
Is your intent to just bring some levity to what can be ofttimes be rather contentious discourse are you desiring an answer in strict context of the verses cited. It would seem giving the answer one way may not be in keeping with the other.

For God to open up the eyes of the blind and shake the world loose just before Jesus returns

I would ask for the Gospel to reach everywhere at once so the church age would end.

To the twelve tribes scattered abroad...
“For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭3:27-29‬ ‭

“Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; that at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

but now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; and are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭2:11-13, 19-20‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.”
‭‭John‬ ‭10:16‬ ‭

to try to make a difference in a Jew and gentile doesn’t hold water God says the same thing to anyone Jew or gentile

“tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile; but glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile: for there is no respect of persons with God.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭2:9-11‬ ‭KJV‬‬

the gospel was first preached to israel
Only and then everyone else was included in the same word the same kingdom what james said is applicable to everyone just like Paul and Peter and John

Exactly! So it would be counterproductive for James to make such an opening statement of audience if his letter were to the body of Christ. His letter is specifically to the Jews, the twelve tribes of Israel.
