On September 27, 2022, Governor Newsom signed what amounts to a perinatal infanticide bill, AB 2223 (along with twelve other pro-abortion bills). AB 2223 is especially egregious because it prevents coroners from investigating the deaths “related to or following known or suspected self-induced or criminal abortion,” including deaths of babies during the “perinatal” period – which is up to 28 days after birth. The bill also protects individuals from criminal or civil liability for the death of an infant during the perinatal period, if the death is “due to causes that occurred in utero.” As we have explained extensively, this new law may very well have the effect of decriminalizing infanticide.

AB 2223 “changes California law in a way that radically undermines protection for newborns.” While the law looks like it prevents criminal or civil charges from being brought only in limited circumstances, by restricting coroners from conducting investigations, and by including a provision that imposes hefty penalties for a violation of the law, California has effectively removed protections for newborns during at least the first 28 days of their lives.

This is infanticide. Just like abortion, it is the murder of an innocent human being. But in this case, there’s no opportunity for the Left to say “it’s just a blob of cells.” This law is not only allowing but requiring that the death of babies—who are born alive, citizens of the United States, and should be afforded all the rights that our Constitution is designed to protect, including the most basic of all, the right to life—go un-investigated and unpunished.

The passage of this bill into law is a perfect example of the fact that radical abortionists will never stop pushing to expand the killing of babies.

In addition to AB 2223, Governor Newsom signed twelve other bills that expand abortion in California:

And now that explains the Liberal seat filler dunce Biden put in SCOTUS.
Female, yet when asked to define that stated she was unable to because she wasn't a biologist.

Otherwise and normally I'd say this is going to burn a trench all the way to SCOTUS.

Now I understand why my supervisor calls that state Commufornia.

Governor Nazi cannot sign a bill that legalizes infanticide.

Any bill that precludes investigation into such a death is exactly that.

I believe Governor Nazi and every co-conspirator in the CA legislature that passed this abomination should be impeached.

And then arrested. And any that have babies in their immediate care that are within that killing window should be taken into custody by CPS asap.

What's really telling? This , if let to stand, can set a model for other state Legislatures to pursue and put into law if the state Governor's are as demonic as Governor Nazi.

''Black women'' are referred to at the start of this Amended inactment.

After that the term ''women'' does not appear. Rather generalizations take genders place.

That's because CA thinks men can become pregnant.

Oh, and if you assist someone in the killing? No prosecution.

I wonder if pro-baby anti-infantacide people of California are able to sue the signers of this abomination? Including Gov.Nazi?

Because its final language implies all citizens of California support infanticide and mass murder of the innocents.

Wait!Herod! KING HEROD?
Are you back? Bored waiting for your turn in Hell? So you gave up your crown for a mansion in Sacramento USA?😳🤔😡

Hello @authurfleminger, the good news for now (if there is any in the case of a bill like this one) is this, because AB 2223 was met with such an immediate and heated negative response, they are apparently withholding its implementation, at least in part (and again, at least for now).

So, lets pray that it NEVER sees the light of day again (and perhaps pray for and support those who are attempting to get it permanently repealed too).

The sinfulness of this world NEVER ceases to amaze me, especially in recent years :(

I know what you mean. The rapidity of evils spread is unlike anything before.

Evils in a hurry to spread itself. And many are welcoming that with open arms. On all levels. Secular leadership, Ecclesiastical, and parts of society itself.

What will California do with the bodies of the dead girls and boys they murder. The bodies are too big to flush down the toilet. Maybe California has allocated money for furnaces, like they had at Auschwitz, to dispose of the bodies. But, more likely they'll just drop them in the dumpster. Out of sight, out of mind.

Unfortunately they will probably be harvesting body parts and handle the rest as medical waste.
Atlantis may have company soon.

Self-induced OR criminal abortion? So what if someone who isn't the mother attempted to induce a criminal abortion? Does that mean killing babies is a free for all? You know what... I don't even want to know, this just has to be stopped.

Actually, California has outlawed the use of animals such as monkeys/pigs/dogs for medical experiments/purposes. Maybe they can use humans instead?

Just more medical waste for them to deal with.

That's what happened in Nazi Germany. Adolf loved animals. And was Vegan.

He freed animals from vivesection labs and put humans in their place.

The part of the new law I posted says accomplices won't , can't, be prosecuted.

Currently, aborted fetuses are used in the cosmetics industry to make us look beautiful and young. Maybe that is the same fate for these children who will be murdered? Maybe you can look ten years younger!

Look it up on line, there are many companies that already use aborted children to enhance their products. Now a new door is being opened, there will be no limit as to the products they can improve/create with human body tissue/parts.

My final point, the movers and shakers, politicians/abortionists, of California have become monsters, worse than you'll ever see in the movies.

California is populated with a high number of celebrities. Maybe the vanity industry is running on short supply of ingredients to keep actors attractive?
