Correct, the limit is 5 minutes on both "editing and deleting."

But, even after that, you could still ask a moderator to delete, by using this
button:

As Magenta said, that man does not confess Jesus as his Lord and Savior. His purpose here seems to be to belittle, confuse, and accuse the brethren. I and most of the others love you, Chris21.
