Some people have that faith in them and believe in their heart that Jesus is God in the flesh.
If Jesus says that he is the water and the blood, and that him and the Father are one. What is he really saying?
It was reveled at the tearing of the veil. That's why the last book of the Bible is called 'Revelation.'

Don't try and twist and turn things after the PLAIN TRUTH has been posted. You are just showing your true colors.
instead of saying am twisting, just show where Ive lied...nothing has been twisted, ive proved who the son of God is....AND THERE is still many more to counter inCORRECT DOCTRINES....

you see problem is many people dont grasp the idea of the son of God...who is the son of God...to understand this we go to the book of Matthew 2:2 "Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, during the reign of King Herod. About that time some wise men[a] from eastern lands arrived in Jerusalem, asking, 2 “Where is the newborn king of the Jews? We saw his star as it rose,[b] and we have come to worship him"....so they came to worship the King of the jews...lets proceed.....

Matthew2:3-4

"King Herod was deeply disturbed when he heard this, as was everyone in Jerusalem. 4 He called a meeting of the leading priests and teachers of religious law and asked, “Where is the Messiah supposed to be born?" ...now the word Messiah for people who still dont know means the anointed one...its greek translation is Christ ...which also means the anointed one...now Herod and all of Jerusalem were afraid of this one to be born because he would challenge them or the roman empire...the king according to their thoughts was an earthly man and a direct descendant of David...

now lets see who exactly is the messiah according to jewish tradition....:Matthew 26:63

"But Jesus remained silent. Then the high priest said to him, “I demand in the name of the living God—tell us if you are the Messiah, the Son of God."...so the Messiah was reffered to as the son of God...not God the son....and why was he called the son of God...because he had to receive an anointing from God...what does mark say about this verse

Mark 14:61-62

"
But Jesus was silent and made no reply. Then the high priest asked him, “Are you the Messiah, the Son of the Blessed One?”

62 Jesus said, “I am.[i] And you will see the Son of Man seated in the place of power at God’s right hand[j] and coming on the clouds of heaven.[k]”

so the messiah again...the son of God...

Acts 10:38 "And you know that God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. Then Jesus went around doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him."...This man was anointed by God with the Holy Spirit...

the son of God the Messiah was a man...or he was supposed to come in a human form....

John 1:29-34

"
The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Look! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world! 30 He is the one I was talking about when I said, ‘A man is coming after me who is far greater than I am, for he existed long before me.’ 31 I did not recognize him as the Messiah, but I have been baptizing with water so that he might be revealed to Israel.”

32 Then John testified, “I saw the Holy Spirit descending like a dove from heaven and resting upon him. 33 I didn’t know he was the one, but when God sent me to baptize with water, he told me, ‘The one on whom you see the Spirit descend and rest is the one who will baptize with the Holy Spirit.’ 34 I saw this happen to Jesus, so I testify that he is the Chosen One of God.[l]”

John did not regognize this man Jesus Christ as the Messiah and when he saw the Holy Spirit descending on him, he testified that he was the chosen one...so the anointed one wassuppossed to be a human....and thats where the son of God comes from....so when we read you are my son, today I have become your father....

and how was he revealed to be the son of God 1 john 5:6
"And Jesus Christ was revealed as God’s Son by his baptism in water and by shedding his blood on the cross[b]—not by water only, but by water and blood "...so the son of God, the Christ was a man wh was to be anointed by God....but that doesnt mean that Christ cant do two things at once....He says he is the door of the sheep and also the shepherd who walks through thats same door....so you will never find any where within the pages of the Holy Bible where Jesus is reffered to as God the son ....but son of God....who was a man chosen for the purpose of salvation but that man was still God....ask yourself, why is the lamb of God on the throne at the end of revelation 22:3 and why are his servants finally seeing his face...what we saw was the image God wanted to come with not a different being or person....the Fullness of God was in his body...thats why he could lay down his life and then take it back again....and yet if we read other parts of scrpture, it was God who raised him....

Actually the name of Jesus in Hebrew -- Yeshua or Yahshua -- says "GOD IS [OUR] SALVATION". And Christ is indeed God who is our salvation. There is no other name given under Heaven whereby we must be saved.

Yes but what does the way, the truth and the life mean...ill tell you what it means, you cannot go to God with first passing through this man Jesus Christ....1 John 5:11-12
"And this is what God has testified: He has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12 Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have God’s Son does not have life "...so God has given us life and that life is in his son...now Jesus says that he is that life and if we believe him we will have that life...1st Timothy 2:3-5

"
This is good and pleases God our Savior, 4 who wants everyone to be saved and to understand the truth. 5 For,
There is one God and one Mediator who can reconcile God and humanity—the man Christ Jesus." ...There is one God....now this position is resevered only for the Father and one mediator who can reconcile humanity to him...THE MAN Jesus christ....thats who we have to believe ....that man is the one im talking about to be the son of God....but does that disqualify Jesus from being God...NO!...

1st John 2:22-23 "And who is a liar? Anyone who says that Jesus is not the Christ.[f] Anyone who denies the Father and the Son is an antichrist.[g] 23 Anyone who denies the Son doesn’t have the Father, either. But anyone who acknowledges the Son has the Father also." Im not saying that anybody is an antichrist...any one who says that Jesus is not the Christ is an antichrist...the Christ weve seen is the man who was to save us....so God left his glory to take the glory of a son...and thats who christ is...However Jesus can also be the Father....we havent really seen his true form but we will one day by his gracee...

"This is how we know if they have the Spirit of God: If a person claiming to be a prophet[a] acknowledges that Jesus Christ came in a real body, that person has the Spirit of God ...so Jesus Christ who is Fully God (the Father) came in a real body (the son) that has the spirit of God.....we dont deny that Jesus is the son of God....the fact that he came as man qualifies him as the son but his form will be humbled one day....and he will be the Father alone....Revelation 22:3 and Revelation 14:9-10

Since Jesus is the servant of the Father, that makes them two persons. right? I agree

Jesus says he is the Door of the sheep and the shephered who goes through that same door...But the one who enters through the gate is the shepherd of the sheep.....Yes, I am the gate. Those who come in through me will be saved.[b] They will come and go freely and will find good pastures....I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd sacrifices his life for the sheep"....so yes he can do two things at the same time....He's God....man the entire universe was created through the word of his mouth...one who just speaks and billions of stars form in the expanse of space bigger than the sun doesnt really have the power to be two things at once?....He says he went to preach to the imprisoned down to hell....but he was still in paradise with the thief that same day...the same period he was preaching to the dead....Yes Jesus is powerful enough to be two places at once....and those are not two persons....its still the same Jesus

Last time.. after saying the Father is greater He ascended to be one with the Father. No longer in a different position to the Father.. equal. Context again man... context.
Jesus was one with his Father prior to the ascension. We, too, can be one with God. Jesus taught this and Paul taught this as well.

John 17
20“My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, 21that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. 22I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one— 23I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.

those verses dont mean they are two persons....

Revelations 11:15 "
Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices shouting in heaven:
“The world has now become the Kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ,[c]
and he will reign forever and ever.”

the kingdoms of the world after the seventh trumpet belong to the Lord and his christ and he will reign...if they were two separate persons we could have known that...the reason there is another person is because of this authority of the son of God...one being doing two things or with these authorities...revelation 20:6
Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. For them the second death holds no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him a thousand years. ...again reign with him...this is a fulfillment of Daniel 7...not two beings but one being with authority to do all this work

1 Corinthians 6
17But whoever is united with the Lord is one with him in spirit.

1st Corinthinas 2:1 -5 "When I first came to you, dear brothers and sisters,[a] I didn’t use lofty words and impressive wisdom to tell you God’s secret plan.[b] 2 For I decided that while I was with you I would forget everything except Jesus Christ, the one who was crucified. 3 I came to you in weakness—timid and trembling. 4 And my message and my preaching were very plain. Rather than using clever and persuasive speeches, I relied only on the power of the Holy Spirit. 5 I did this so you would trust not in human wisdom but in the power of God. .... So paul is claiming to tell the wisdom of God but by the Holy spirit....

1 Corinthians 2:6-9

"Yet when I am among mature believers, I do speak with words of wisdom, but not the kind of wisdom that belongs to this world or to the rulers of this world, who are soon forgotten. 7 No, the wisdom we speak of is the mystery of God[c]—his plan that was previously hidden, even though he made it for our ultimate glory before the world began. 8 But the rulers of this world have not understood it; if they had, they would not have crucified our glorious Lord." SO this wisdom was about God's ultimate purpose, to save us through the death of this man he had chosen....and this is even sin had come into the world because it had not yet begun....but if the gentiles had known who this person was they wouldnt have crucified him...but we know who he is because we have the spirit of

continuation.....
That is what the Scriptures mean when they say,
“No eye has seen, no ear has heard,
and no mind has imagined
what God has prepared
for those who love him.”[d]

10 But[e] it was to us that God revealed these things by his Spirit. For his Spirit searches out everything and shows us God’s deep secrets. 11 No one can know a person’s thoughts except that person’s own spirit, and no one can know God’s thoughts except God’s own Spirit. 12 And we have received God’s Spirit (not the world’s spirit), so we can know the wonderful things God has freely given us.

13 When we tell you these things, we do not use words that come from human wisdom. Instead, we speak words given to us by the Spirit, using the Spirit’s words to explain spiritual truths.[f] 14 But people who aren’t spiritual[g] can’t receive these truths from God’s Spirit. It all sounds foolish to them and they can’t understand it, for only those who are spiritual can understand what the Spirit means. 15 Those who are spiritual can evaluate all things, but they themselves cannot be evaluated by others. 16 For,
“Who can know the Lord’s thoughts?
Who knows enough to teach him?”[h]
But we understand these things, for we have the mind of Christ.
....

so we cannot know the thoughts of God and his wisdom without having his spirit, who knows what he is thinkinh...thats why the people never understood Jesus when he was on earth...but we who God has revealed himself to us by HIS GRACE has enabled us to know him and we can evaluate all things but we cant be evaluated....because no one can understand the lords thoughts but we can because we have the Mind of our God, we have the mind of Christ....by the spirit he has given us

Well this is just as I suspected. People thinking they have the mind of Christ.. or can be Jesus. The 'little gods ' doctrine from the likes of Benny Hinn and Co.

So, of course Jesus can't be equal to the Father for them..because they think they can be Jesus.

Oh well... up to them I guess.

again with the false accusations...I dont claim to be God, that would be blasphemy...and am not little Gods ...what is PREVENTING me from believing that Jesus is Just a prophet from Allah is because i have the Holy Spirit guiding me in wisdom, Im not claiming to be God but if I have the spirit of God, he will give me wisdom not to be God but to know God's will, his purpose for salvation and to know him

Matthew 11:25-27

"
At that time Jesus prayed this prayer: “O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, thank you for hiding these things from those who think themselves wise and clever, and for revealing them to the childlike. 26 Yes, Father, it pleased you to do it this way!

27 “My Father has entrusted everything to me. No one truly knows the Son except the Father, and no one truly knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.”

so the son enables us to know who the Father is and his will...and thats why paul says

Galatians 4:4-6
"But when the right time came, God sent his Son, born of a woman, subject to the law. 5 God sent him to buy freedom for us who were slaves to the law, so that he could adopt us as his very own children.[b] 6 And because we[c] are his children, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, prompting us to call out, “Abba, Father. " so the spirit of the son of God enables us to cry out to God as our Father....

im not saying am a litle God if i have to boast...i will boast only about the Lord...however, that doesnt mean i cant know what's God's will and purpose....The hOly spirit was to teach people in all truth because he knows the Lords thoughts and he would reveal all to us...because as we speak Jesus is in heaven but he said he would only reveal himself to his followers and not to the whole world...

The "little gods" doctrine as presented by false teachers isn't accurate. Jesus explains in the passage below it's true meaning. It's about being a son of God. Jesus' opponents didn't understand it either.

John 10
33“We are not stoning you for any good work,” they replied, “but for blasphemy, because you, a mere man, claim to be God.”
34Jesus answered them, “Is it not written in your Law, ‘I have said you are “gods” ? 35If he called them ‘gods,’ to whom the word of God came—and Scripture cannot be set aside— 36what about the one whom the Father set apart as his very own and sent into the world? Why then do you accuse me of blasphemy because I said, ‘I am God’s Son’? 37Do not believe me unless I do the works of my Father. 38But if I do them, even though you do not believe me, believe the works, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me, and I in the Father.”

Yeah.. 'gods' when referring to people.. small g.. is about people given power to be magistrates, judges.

From got questions.org:

Psalm 82:1 says, “God presides in the great assembly; he gives judgment among the gods.” It is clear from the next three verses that the word “gods” refers to magistrates, judges, and other people who hold positions of authority and rule.

But I think I know why people lower Jesus' status now.

That's why I tend to not read GQ.org, they don't cut directly to the answer often.

Jesus is referring to this:

Psalm 82
6“I said, ‘You are “gods”;
you are all sons of the Most High.’

The word "gods" there is the same word used for God in Genesis 1:1. Jesus is saying that "you are gods" means that they sons of God, not a claim to being God Himself. In John 10:34-38, Jesus' opponents got it all wrong. Jesus didn't claim to be God there in that passage, but rather God's Son.

To be Son of God, for the Jews.. is making yourself equal with God.

Child of God is different.. and this is probably more the case where those who arent Jesus are called sons of God.

Son.. referring to Jesus.. isn't the meaning of a parent and child so much as Son as in 'image' 'expression ' 'manifestation'.. because that is how other scripture refers to Jesus.

okay lets see what Jesus says again: Luke 18:18-19 "
Once a religious leader asked Jesus this question: “Good Teacher, what should I do to inherit eternal life?”

19 “Why do you call me good?” Jesus asked him. “Only God is truly good.
"

and again in another verse “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd sacrifices his life for the sheep ...

so if God alone is Good why is Jesus calling himself the Good shepherd...he is a son of God, because he was anointed by the Holy spirit...the man Jesus Christ...but his true form is not that of a son...thats an image he chose for himself

yes to the jews who still did not have the Holy spirit to know him better....He told them
John 5:39 "“You search the Scriptures because you think they give you eternal life. But the Scriptures point to me! 40 Yet you refuse to come to me to receive this life. "....and that life is in that mediator between man and God....The man Jesus Christ...and thats what Jews dont want to hear...to them, the messiah wasnt supposed to die...to them the son of God wasnt supposed to die...

John 12:34 "The crowd responded, “We understood from Scripture[m] that the Messiah would live forever. How can you say the Son of Man will die? Just who is this Son of Man, anyway?” ...so actually the Jews themselves...according to the standard of Jesus knew nothing about the son of God...but it is only if Jesus reveals himself to you...can you actually know him...the reason Jesus isnt directly reffrering himself yo God is because ...
Though he was God,[a]
he did not think of equality with God
as something to cling to. ...

to save humanity he had to shed his glory and save humanity as a human as a son of God and thats why the bible says one day the son will be humbled...but that doesnt mean that Jesus stops reigning as the father.....Read revelations 22...its plain as day...there is only one on the throne the lamb...
