She is one of my favorite peeps for sure. I will pray that all is well with her. @Magenta has been a good friend for me and my wife through the years. Occasionally, she may take a bit of a hiatus. Pray that this is the case.
Thank you, Billy, and sorry for not responding to your comment on my profile
earlier today, which is when I returned after two weeks and two days away
I am well (just awoke from a nap! ) though I was in emergency last Sunday
after experiencing a short-lived attack of costochondritis, which is a connective
tissue issue related to the ribs. It felt like I was being stabbed in the heart
with every inhalation Co-incidentally (or not ) I had a chiropractor
appointment the following day, and he suggested that it could have been
connected to my original back injury from over forty years ago when a rib
was twisted out of my spine. Anywho, thank you so much for thinking of me.
Your prayers for my health and well being are always appreciated
There is. Magenta is Blue's friend. I hope you know how my street cred has suffered in answering that question but this seems like a safe space. Truth be told, I miss Slippery.

Yes, a friend of mine told me all about the costumes and carrying-ons such as
tossing toast and credit cards at the screen during the regular midnight showings
PS~ a friend of mine started calling me Magenta back in the last millennium, and it stuck

Thank you I can tell you how if you really wanna know
You see, it was like this:
One Sunday around two in the afternoon as the car I was a passenger in was exiting a bridge and manoeuvring the somewhat immediate road curve, I noticed a pedestrian in the cross walk ahead, which the driver did not seem to have seen. I leaned forward in my seat and turned a bit toward him to ask him if he was really going to run down that little old lady when he suddenly slammed on the brakes. I felt a hot pinch in my back between my shoulder blades as my body just ever so slightly torqued. Throughout the rest of the day my back got progressively sorer and feeling a bit stiffer. The next morning when I awoke, I could not move, not even to roll over in bed. Good thing I was not alone! We phoned a hospital and they suggested chiropractic care, which was a bit surprising, because back in those days such treatments were still somewhat looked upon as quackery. I did not hesitate to go Now it sounds like a terrible thing to have happened and it did cause me quite a bit of pain and loss of many work days over the years, and every subsequent injury seems to stir it up, but all things considered, since I am still quite mobile, I consider myself fortunate
