The East Palestine train derailment took place a few days ago in Ohio, it created a toxic cloud of Phosgene gas which killed tens of thousands of animals and fish and has made the water toxic.

The attitude of the President, ignoring the people in Ohio while offering Billions to relocate people in Ukraine was very offensive and it was noted that a movie depicting virtually the same thing (train derailment followed by toxic cloud and evacuation) was made in the very same part of the country and people from East Palestine were even extras in the film. Then it was noted that the very creepy and occultic movie of I Pet Goat seems to depict a palestinian woman with a poisoned baby that takes place at the time of the superbowl (this derailment took place one week before the Superbowl which is considered the start of Superbowl week.)
Why is it a sign?

I don't think many other countries in the world even noticed a train derailment in Ohio, you call that a sign?

No one even died in the train wreck.

It isn't a sign, its a fearful event. Chernobyl was a fearful event. 3 mile Island, Fukushima, these are all fearful events. They are calling this event Ohio's chernobyl.

Luke 21:11b and in divers places famines and pestilences; and there shall be terrors and great signs from heaven.

This word "terrors" refers to something that strikes terror. 911 and all terrorist attacks "strike terror". The Lord is warning us of Satan's playbook and how he manipulates people. There is plenty of evidence that this train derailment was something planned by Satanists.

On the one hand what you say is true, however, the context of the comment was answering a question about the signs that would tell us when these things will be.
And also when the Second Coming would take place. And then shall they see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. (Lk 21:27) This is the culmination of those prophecies. So there are a series of world events which must occur before the Second Coming of Christ. And we need to harmonize Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21 to get the full picture. Add to that Revelation 6 and the opening of the first FIVE seals. The events of the 6th and 7th seals are in the future, and the cataclysmic cosmic events will immediately precede the Second Coming.

There is a tremendous amount of the Bible that all fits together, it really is not an exaggeration to say that 25% of the Bible is prophetic, and to be fair it could be over 50%. We are seeing that pattern is prophecy. This is causing us to start looking at the entire history recorded in the OT as potentially prophetic.

Revelation is an amazing book that is jammed full of Biblical references, it seems there are too many to even keep track of.

A lot of Christians forget that the Greek word genea* translated as generation can also apply to a race or nation. And that is probably more accurate.
It's only "probably more accurate" if you have already made your interpretation and are looking for a way to support it.

Before all these things

Luke 21:12 But before all these things, they shall lay their hands on you, and shall persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues and prisons, bringing you before kings and governors for my name’s sake. 13 It shall turn out unto you for a testimony. 14 Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate beforehand how to answer: 15 for I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to withstand or to gainsay. 16 But ye shall be delivered up even by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolk, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death. 17 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake. 18 And not a hair of your head shall perish. 19 In your patience ye shall win your souls.

Before all what things? Before we have world wars, before we have seismometers that can monitor earthquakes in diverse places, before we can make bioweapons in bioweapons labs, before we have terrorist acts like 911 or terrifying events like Chernobyl. Before we have radio, TV and telecommunications.

They shall lay their hands on you. On who? This certainly refers to the disciples and apostles who were there on the mountain with Jesus. This is a direct reference to the Apostolic age that goes all the way to Pergamos where Antipas was martyred. Smyrna is a a church that was delivered up.

This chapter answers the question "when will these things happen" by not just giving us the signs at the end of the age but a review of the entire church age.

Until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled

Luke 21:20 But when ye see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that her desolation is at hand. 21 Then let them that are in Judaea flee unto the mountains; and let them that are in the midst of her depart out; and let not them that are in the country enter therein. 22 For these are days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. 23 Woe unto them that are with child and to them that give suck in those days! for there shall be great distress upon the land, and wrath unto this people. 24 And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led captive into all the nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.

Clearly this is a reference to AD 70. Jerusalem was destroyed, it was "the time of vengeance" and that was so that "all things would be fulfilled". There are many words and prophecies in the OT that if Israel did such and such that this would be the result. But look at how it concludes "until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled". When the temple is destroyed then it is the official start of the times of the Gentiles. Doesn't seem right, the 69th week ends when the Messiah "Is cut off", that was at the cross. However, the Jewish nation was given 40 years to repent. It isn't fair to blame the entire nation for what a few Jewish leaders did in Jerusalem. So although the times of the Gentiles can be said to have started with the crucifixion of Jesus, the Jews still had 40 years to repent. We see this on probation periods where you get a job but they can terminate you for any reason in the first three months. Or it is like buying something with a credit card and you have 30 days to return it no questions asked.

So then, when does the times of the Gentiles end? Not in 1948, at that time the Jews did not even control Jerusalem. Not in 1967, at that time no one even recognized Israel's right to Jerusalem. In 2017 we got much closer when both the US and UAE recognized Israel's capital as Jerusalem. When Israel got the Red Heifers that they will need to sacrifice to begin the building of the temple and all the sacrifices we were even closer.

At this point we could hear they have started the construction of the temple at any moment. The temple should not take very long to build, it is supposed to be a prefabricated building that they simply put together. The foundation is also supposed to already be in place. If you have a hundred or even a thousand well trained "levites" working on this it could be done incredibly quickly. It is impossible to estimate, but other prefabricated buildings are put up in a matter of days and they don't have a tenth of the people who will probably be working on this. Knowing the Jews this will probably be done with military precision as quickly as possible so people don't have a chance to object.

Now think about it, the times of the Gentiles is plural, two thousand years instead of one. The times of the Jews was also two thousand years, Abraham to Jesus. We are told that during the times of the Gentiles the temple will be destroyed and the Jews will be scattered to the wind. However, when they return to Israel, to Jerusalem and rebuild the temple then the times of the Gentiles will be fulfilled. So how can anyone think the verses following this about the fig tree sprouting again indicates that summer is near, and this generation will not pass away until all these things be fulfilled, could possibly be referring to a time prior to the times of the Gentiles being fulfilled?

Democratic Israel sacrificing animals for their sin in 2023?

Is this the strangest Christian prophetic idea and interpretation, I have ever heard?

Truly bizarre.

When these things begin to happen

Luke 21:25 And there shall be signs in sun and moon and stars;

I don't do much with this, but there are other brothers and sisters who are very keen on these signs. The Revelation 12 sign is a very big one that took place recently and there is something known as four consecutive blood moons over a two year period that show up on Jewish feast days which seem to always be a sign of something big happening, and they have documented all of those, and then of course there are the two Solar eclipses that make an X over the US. This is not astrology, it is simply the sun, moon and stars being used as God created them, as signs.

and upon the earth distress of nations, in perplexity for the roaring of the sea and the billows;

This is the heart of the matter with climate change. It isn't polar bears or rising sea level. We have had a very insignificant rise in sea level which could very easily be explained as natural variation. I am a geologist and long before man was on Earth we had changes in sea level over 200 feet, and that is just recent history. So measuring a rise in sea level in millimeters is truly within the natural variation. No, the heart of the concern is with the storms we are getting, the hurricanes are bigger in size, they are dropping more rain, and they are hitting a larger area when they do hit land. We are seeing some "wild weather" and it is confusing. We used to call it "global warming" but that seemed weird when we were seeing 10 feet of snow in unusual places. So then we changed the name to "climate change". There is a certain level of perplexity. We have former barmaids and angry teenage girls haranguing us for living. We are made to feel guilty by people flying around in private jets that we have the nerve to travel more than 15 miles from our home or that we eat meat. It is a perplexing time.

26 men fainting for fear, and for expectation of the things which are coming on the world: for the powers of the heavens shall be shaken.

We have a doomsday clock, I bet none of the apostles ever even conceived of such a thing two thousand years ago. We hear with great detail about supersonic missiles, ICBM's, poseidon torpedos, EMPs, etc. But I don't think we have gotten to the point that people are just dropping dead from fear yet. I think that will come during the 70th week mentioned in the book of Daniel. The Christians all over the world teach about the rapture and the tribulation. But I don't think most people on earth are really expecting those things to come on the world, they are in denial. But after the rapture, then the whole world will be fainting from fear and expectation of the things coming on the world. The rapture is going to shake the powers of heaven. When the man child is caught up to heaven the fallen angels are kicked out and thrown down to earth.

27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

This is the final thing in this list. The Lord doesn't mention Armageddon and there is no point since that was not the question. This is the final and ultimate sign of the end of the age.

28 But when these things begin to come to pass, look up, and lift up your heads; because your redemption draweth nigh.

Look at the word "begin to come to pass". You don't need to wait till you see Jesus in the clouds to know that He is drawing near. Actually if you look at the prophecies concerning the apostles it should strengthen your faith quite a bit, that was when they truly "began to happen". Likewise if you look at our two world wars, from WWI to 1989 when the Soviet Union tore down that wall that also should strengthen your faith quite a bit. However the Pandemic should have woken up every believer.

How long will scoffers delight in scoffing?

I don't care if you like Trump or you don't like Trump. I don't disagree that Trump is filled with faults nor do I have an issue with those who think he was a great president. Either way you are in a different realm than I am in.

We are in an age where Baal is being worshipped, where evil is good and good is evil. This is not because of Trump, you can't blame him for the world worshipping Baal nor can you blame him for not bringing in a revival where the whole world turns to the Lord.

My focus is on speaking the truth that might bring people to repentance and turning to the Lord Jesus. There is no salvation in any name other than Jesus.

We are now in free fall. People were clueless when they voted in Biden. People were clueless when they ignored the election fraud and the lies and the censorship and the corruption of leaders like Fauci and a Bioweapon. They were clueless when they went along with shutting down the economy in order to bankrupt the middle class. They directed the entire economy to the tech giants like Amazon.com and they took it away from the backbone of democracy, and yet the whole world went along with this? Seriously, you could go into a big box store like Costco but a little 5 and dime store could not have 3 people inside? They went along with all the churches being shut down but the Casinos stayed open? Fine, their hypocrisy is on display for all to see.

There are consequences for choosing a murderer over the Lord of Life two thousand years ago. Mankind rejected the savior and took this path. Russia invading Ukraine is where this path leads. More people coming across our border each month than went into Europe on D day is another consequence. Worldwide inflation is a third consequence. Embarrassing defeat in Afghanistan is yet another consequence. But know this, things do not get better, they get worse.

They will be happy as people die and world population approaches their goal of 500 million. They have built themselves very elaborate underground bunkers.

They will be happy to emerge even more powerful.

They will be happy when the whole world begs them for a powerful world leader that will bring peace and security.

We are now in an age of consequences, the time of reaping what we have sown.

Many will wake up to this when they are faced with choosing between worshipping the beast or having their head cut off. Consequences.

Proverbs 1:20
Wisdom crieth aloud in the street;
She uttereth her voice in the broad places;
21 She crieth in the chief place of concourse;
At the entrance of the gates,
In the city, she uttereth her words:
22 How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity?
And scoffers delight them in scoffing,
And fools hate knowledge?
23 Turn you at my reproof:
Behold, I will pour out my spirit upon you;
I will make known my words unto you.
24 Because I have called, and ye have refused;
I have stretched out my hand, and no man hath regarded;
25 But ye have set at nought all my counsel,
And would none of my reproof:
26 I also will laugh in the day of your calamity;
I will mock when your fear cometh;
27 When your fear cometh as a storm,
And your calamity cometh on as a whirlwind;
When distress and anguish come upon you.
28 Then will they call upon me, but I will not answer;
They will seek me diligently, but they shall not find me:
29 For that they hated knowledge,
And did not choose the fear of Jehovah,
30 They would none of my counsel,
They despised all my reproof.
31 Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way,
And be filled with their own devices.
32 For the backsliding of the simple shall slay them,
And the careless ease of fools shall destroy them.
33 But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell securely,

And shall be quiet without fear of evil.

Yes, but 2028-1948 = 80 and in 2029 Israel will be 81.

Psalm 90:10 The days of our years are threescore years and ten,
Or even by reason of strength fourscore years;
Yet is their pride but labor and sorrow;

For it is soon gone, and we fly away.
The seven year (one week of years)
Covenant will be been made.
“In the midst of the week” after 3 1/2 years the Antichrist will cause the
“sacrifice and the oblation to cease,”
Then the Jews realise, he is not their messiah.
Daniel 9:27 KJV
And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Shabbat Parah 2023 / שַׁבָּת פּרה 5783
Shabbat of the Red Heifer 🕍
Shabbat Parah for Hebrew Year 5783 began on Friday, 10 March 2023 and ends at nightfall on Saturday, 11 March 2023. This corresponds to Parashat Ki Tisa.

Shabbat Parah (“Sabbath [of the] red heifer” שבת פרה) takes place on the Shabbat before Shabbat HaChodesh, in preparation for Passover. Numbers 19:1-22 describes the parah adumah (“red heifer”) in the Jewish temple as part of the manner in which the kohanim and the Jewish people purified themselves so that they would be ready (“pure”) to sacrifice the korban Pesach.

We do need to have a little discernment. For example, how are earthquakes in diverse places a sign? We have always had earthquakes.

1. True, but we have only been able to know about earthquakes "in diverse places" since the invention of the seismometer which we began using widely since the invention of the nuclear bomb.

So Radio, TV, telecommunications and seismometers are all implied in this sign, hence the technological age.

2. But who cares? Why do we care about a Tsunami in Indonesia? This implies the world is much smaller and travel is common, hence air travel. This tsunami affected Europeans and Americans who were there at the time.

OK, but again, how is it a sign if they happen throughout history?

3. And that implies when we look at these earthquakes in diverse places we will see a sign, we will see the number of earthquakes increase 10x, or 1,000% since 1950.
