I could go for Taco Bell 24/7
Comedian quote:

My friends tried to tell me they could make a better chicken quesadilla than I get at Taco bell. I'm like, that's great but can I come by your house and pick it up at 2:00 in the morning? Because if that's what you're offering, that's awesome!

Unfortunately, my appetite exceeds my needs. Most aggravating.

When I was 20, I was 150lbs.. and, I ate McD's, NYC pizza and fried Chinese food every day for lunch. If I did that today, I'd explode.

Like Subway's Jared?

BTW, I hate people like that. Oh, not with a genuine murderous rage hatred, just the kind that says "I am profoundly envious of you, get away from me" LOL

I think what worked for Jarad the most was not what he ate - but rather - what he did not eat - while exercising the self-discipline to eat only what he got from Subway. Obviously, eating better more-nutritious food was the foundation. However, what he "gave up" in order to stick to the Subway diet probably had the greatest direct amount of change over time. In general, one can eat all of nutritious food they want and loose "the extra" - it is the "other stuff" we eat that gives us "the extra"... ;)

Ultimately, it is about self-discipline and eating right. And, there is no escape from this if you want to be [truly] healthy.

However Jared lost the weight, he's now on The Penitentiary Diet at a Federal Correction Facility.

He was charged with a multitude of horrific crimes against children, including possession of child pornography, child sex tourism/trafficking, and paying adult prostitutes to bring him underage children.

He's currently serving a 15-year sentence.

And, unfortunately, this is but a-drop-in-the-bucket of the evil-and-horrible things with which so-great-a-number of seemingly-innocent "famous" people have been involved.
