It's a tough market for all of us heifers who are trying to market ourselves to those who only have eyes for a unicorn.
If they're looking for a unicorn, they're not ready for a real relationship yet. Too green. Let them get ripe before you try to pull them down.

Let's put it this way...
Not many real Christian men in the world to begin with...oh I know that there's many claiming otherwise but in truth they simply are ok with marrying a Christian woman. They have no passion for Christ to begin with....conversely there's a lot of women doing the same.

Real Christian men are truly unicorns...they simply don't exist very often. Because when the Christian women figure out a guy is the genuine thing....they will do everything in their power to not let him be single anymore.

We aren't talking about the guys who wear their boxers inside out so the seams don't chafe....or sit down to pee. But guys who wear out work boots and gloves doing various tasks for recreation or at work. Guys who don't mind getting sweaty and dirty because they do make soap.
These guys also aren't dumb...they also are always learning because people are another passion...
There really aren't many guys out there who are single Christian men.

Conversely....the RCM are tired of the women who determine a guy's worth by his bank account...because the women have huge debts and want a guy to pay then off for them. Or women who are just plain nuts playing games of needing attention and rejection trying to somehow qualify a guy's affection. And they come by the truckload with these issues. Women and honesty tend to be Polar opposites....not always but often enough that it's becoming a trite expression.

So with that in mind....now it comes time for the internet. Where guys have a more difficult time expressing themselves in writing and women tend to be completely deceitful.

Yeah....it's a mess. Maybe this millennial generation will do better. But from the statistics I'm hearing....NOPE.
The guys don't get their education. The women put career ahead of everything else. So nobody gets serious about marriage until it's almost too late to have a child...and when they do it's dad doing all the parenting and mom whining that all her money is being wasted by this family. And Dads complaining that he isn't getting any respect.

Not much left of the "leave it to beaver family

Oh good! That lets me off the hook.

I am a Pentecostal minister, so at first I thought you were saying I qualify as a unicorn, because I am indeed a real Christian man. But I don't do a lot of sweaty, gritty work and I don't wear out many work gloves and boots. I'm more into microchips and operating systems. And certainly no girls are flocking to make sure I give up being single.

What a relief! I'd hate to find out I really am a unicorn. I hear those things are pretty rare, and I would hate to be rare.

Your "man card" might have too many demerits to be mobbed by single women....or like the usual guy and clueless about women flirting with you.

I'll let you decide.

Either way I have a lot less drama than some guys I know. So I'm happy.

A friend at church told me this past weekend, that he met his wife through Christian Mingle. He said he found her after a couple of years after joining the site. Personally I prefer to meet women in person at a get-together or other social event.

is because the churches dont put on dances anymore

Which is silly. Why not? How else are people meant to meet and hold hands?

I learned by watching the movie Footloose that dancing in baptist churches is banned in the US.

Doesn't even have to be a dance, it can be any social, can even be a game night. Provided you live in a town with a church of your faith or have a vehicle to travel.

My experience with online dating turned out badly. I find most women I was talking to just wanted to fool around and have sex. Then the few that said they wanted a relationship didn't agree with my faith in Jesus since they were wiccan, and would use blasphemy sometimes.

How could I be with people who are promoting debauchery and blasphemy. Knowing in my heart I'm a Christian? I haven't used online dating for years and years now, and especially won't after my faith in Jesus and our Father is my main concern these days.

I would think that if you wanted to find a wife then pray to our Father and go to church. Maybe our Father will provide you with a woman somewhere along your path to maintaining a healthy and strong bond with Jesus our saviour.

Also how can you expect to find a Christian woman online who will not want to wait until marriage before having sex? My experience was definitely a negative one, and I wish you the best of luck with the path god laid out for you.

I figure at my stage of life that if God did bring me a wife, I would probably die from the heart attack caused by the shock lol

Hey guys. Just want to ask if anyone have tried online dating...and what your experiences as a Christian?
Yes, I tried online dating, reluctantly. 1st it was secular sites. My goodness, the filth was incredible. In fact, a short story for you: a guy did a test on secular dating sites. He made a profile of himself as his natural self. By his own admission, he wasn't handsome, out of shape & wearing glasses. In a couple of hours, he got just 2 interests. The 2nd profile was a mocked up muscular handsome guy looking for a "party" girlfriend. He received 100's of interests in a half hour!!! So nothing became of the secular sites. Then I tried Christian Mingles & there was only 2 women using it in my town. At a later time, a girl showed interest in me but I declined. 2 years later she saw me playing the drums in a church band but I didn't know it was the same girl because we never met, only talked on line. Low & behold, a bit later, the elderly woman I was taking care of next door to me (mowing the grass, shoveling & plowing snow), told me she was lonely because her husband had passed recently. So i said, "why don't we start a games group with people from church". she said it was a marvelous idea. So on a Saturday, guess who shows up? The lady I met on Christian Mingles! Still, I didn't know it was her because we didn't meet. She told me she saw me drumming at church. Then I found out. So we played lots of games & I won them all. She didn't like it very much but was courteous & kind thru it all. So she asked me out to dinner & a Christian movie. Had a great time. Next week she asked me out to dinner & a Christian play. Had another great time. Then, you guessed it; after a while we got married!!!! YEAH!!!!

I tried online dating few months ago I had bad experience it’s had to meet Christians on dating said. Well I met a Christian guy on dating site we chatted for few months . He’s a good guy but He’s freaky sexual, “Asking me dirty pictures wish I’m not interested in. Asked me if I could watch him in the shower, talk dirty and it makes me feel uncomfortable and affecting my mental health. I have him blocked few days ago.

I deleted my dating site and stop looking

God knows the best and have plans for us.

I doubt he's a Christian if he acted like that! Glad you blocked him!
